    Orders not receiving

    I have been online for 6 hours straight and received 0 orders, I don't what is happening is this app fake or something😐, all the 3 orders I received yesterday out of 6 hours shift were swiftly done and were on or before time, nd I always revolve around high demand places as well ... I feel so damn frustrated...

      I have ordered an item from meesho on 23rd July 2022. Today is 05th of August 2022.

      Still the product is not delivered. The status of the package shown as to be delivered by 2nd augutst.

      That day I got a message that due to some reason the product is not delivered. I got a call from customer care that, due to vehicle breakdown it was not delivered on 2nd august and will be done on 3rd august.

      Still not received it and even there is no customer care number listed on the site.

      Whenever you click contact us it will give you a silly popup.

        Hello,
        It was my return product of Ajio AWB R[protected]AJI. The shadowfax pickup agent called me on 31st july 2022 and took the product. Now the thing is it is 4 of august where i am receiving return pickup messages from shadowfax everyday. As i am checking my Ajio application where it is also showing for pickup rescheduled. But in that case i have handed over my returned product to the pickup agent by shadowfax. I have tried calling the pickup agent but he not receiving my calls. And i feel this is fraud happened with me. This is my sincere request to take action and provide resolution asap. Thank you.

          I ordered few things from an app called as freeup where one seller posted few things as a gift to me in a very cheap price and I brought that. They couriered through shadowfax. The delivery was very late and half of the items were Missing. The seller guaranteed me that she packed it but it was not there in the parcel. The parcel made was fully packed with no tear to fall or get misplaced but still the items was missing. Someone tampered with my parcel from your employees and I can't even raise a complaint on freeup, because they will just tell me to return the parcel and I'll get my money back which is not what I wanted. The items in the parcel were many according to the money and I even have to return the rest of the items. Very pathetic service! I can't even raise a complaint. Please find out who is responsible for such heinous act and take strict actions. I really used to like shadowfax as for delivery but now I'll prefer any other service than this.

            Shadowfax,

            I had placed an order in Ajio which I have returned due to some reasons, the return pickup is scheduled by shadowfax on August 1st 2022 I got message that the pickup scheduled for today, same day rider came and I have returned my order to him But today i.e 3rd aug 2022 I got message for same order pick up schedule which I have returned on August 1st itself, I am trying to connect to the number provided in message but it is not connecting when i tracked the details I got to know that the return is still in pickup mode. I am providing the screenshots of messages please look inti it ASAP.

                  My order from meesho the watch and bracelet I did not receive it from shadowfax that partner had called me and told that he will deliver it next day but he did not give any delivery but he has updated that has delivered in both the meesho and shadowfax app and that shadowfax did not reply when I sent MSG through help and no response.
                  Meesho is telling that u have given otp and we can't help.
                  Plz make me that product reach my home or the refund to be done bcz it's a paid product

                      I have been ordering a single thing from meesho, since more than a week

                      But your couriier person was so illmannered, abusive rude and misbehaved with me number of times on call
                      Also cancelled my order number of times by his own

                      Please take strict action against this courrier boy!

                        Product not delivered while tracking it's says delivered

                        Ref. to AWB No. SF[protected]FPL dated 27.07.20200 received message going to deliver today... but didn't receive.. when I have done the tracking it's showing delivered at night 9.57pm...It's not delivered..no message too..
                        the same thing happened before got message delivered but they delivered after 2 days.. after raised a complaint... I think here delivery boys are playing they don't have tab on delivery boys...

                            Still your service taking too long to deliver the nearest address. You are giving me estimate delivery of next day and on next day you update that next day will be the estimate delivery.

                                I ordered mobile covers from minibay on 22 according to their shipping policy they alloted shadowfax as courier partner on 23 but from 23 it is only showing order recived from seller. Tracking Id SF[protected]PIC
                                Minibay order id 90343. Even tried to contact you but it shows we will contact you in 24hr and no call tried many times....

                                Hello Team,

                                Below person from Shadowfax Courier services has picked up two of my Meesho products on 16th July 2022 and didn't provided the pickup receipts.
                                Later on, he has not even updated the same in the system and hence at my end, in my Meesho app, I can see that products are still awaiting to be picked up.

                                Somehow I managed to found his contact number and after that a week has passed still he is giving excuses that I will return your products, I am not able to find your products, I can provide you the cash of those products but no action from his end. Many times when I call him, he is giving all these excuses.

                                I tried to raise the same issue with Meesho customer service but they denied to take the complaints on courier services. Right now, I don't have those two products and have lost the amount (Rs. 598) too.
