    I ordered one thing from meesho which was to be delivered my shadowfax...it was showing out for delivery and i haven't received it yet its been 2 days ..i got an sms saying agent cancelled my order request ...what is this ? Why r agents so rude ? You guys cannot cancel without our permission i want my parcel as soon as possible as i ordered it for a trip ..help me.please !

            Have been getting messages since the last two days that my order will be delivered today. When I call the delivery partner on the number provided, they say it's wrong number and then reschedule the delivery saying that the customer did not pick up the phone. The delivery partner was rude and when I call their customer care, only a bot responds. How am I supposed to reach out to a person and not a bot on your customer care?

              Dear sir
              i have made 2 order to AJIO and product was not fit to me so i have raised return request and out of two order, one return order was alloted to shadowfax. shadowfax courier boy came to me and picked up both the product and next day i got call from delhivery courier company for pick of second product then i understand shadowfax has onlyone assigntmet for return pickup and second was picked up by cheating, i got refund for 1 product only and second product showing pending for picked up by delhivery courier comapny

                  The order number stated above was for return from Jaipur Mansarover but twice or trice it is cancelled by the Shadow Fax, Jaipur.
                  How and why it is cancelled while customer stayed at home constantly while the days for last four days. Neither pick-up man making call nor using door bell.
                  Please arrange to get it resolved urgently.

                    I ordered food from Taco Bell today and it was delivered to me. While handing me the bag of food, the delivery guy took a photo of me.
                    Is this some new policy by shadowfax? This act by the delivery boy was creepy and inappropriate. Please respond to this issue as soon as possible.

                          On 11 th of may frm my house location adress 111/6 Kailash Ghosh Road post office-Barisha Kolkata -700008 pick up boy Soumitra chattopadhyay pickup product from messho 100 pices n 95 head loop mask white but he was not submitted to the hub . after that meesho customer service said to me from shadowfax company product not received so I am contacting delivery boy he said I was submitted the product and delivery hub maneger dilip 700008 area pin code he is not responding he is showing irresponsible behaviour . I am requesting him so many times please check where was my product but in tracking I'd it shows not picking up yet how is it possible . My refund yet not come from meesho company for irresponsible behaviour of pickup boy and hub maneger dilip, please help me as early as possible 1 month pass but not came my refund yet. Otherwise I i will take stick action against shadowfax company.supporting documents are submitted below.

                                  This issue has been going on for a while. Your courier agency sends me sms saying it has arranged for a pick up but no one shows up or no one calls. Finally a courier agent calls today, comes to pick up the order. But in the evening i get an sms saying that the item pickup has been cancelled. Is this a scam? Can you look into it before i involve the police and file a complaint with them

                                      I have paid the money for my COD Shipment SF[protected]FK via UPI on their Shadowfax Payment Portal. After completing the payment they did not update the payment status and still given COD. After raising multiple calls and emails there was no response from their side. It is disgusting. Extremely dissatisfied! Why do you guys don't have any proper customer service? What do you think of peoples' money? Worst company for delivery
