Hello Team,

Below person from Shadowfax Courier services has picked up two of my Meesho products on 16th July 2022 and didn't provided the pickup receipts.
Later on, he has not even updated the same in the system and hence at my end, in my Meesho app, I can see that products are still awaiting to be picked up.

Somehow I managed to found his contact number and after that a week has passed still he is giving excuses that I will return your products, I am not able to find your products, I can provide you the cash of those products but no action from his end. Many times when I call him, he is giving all these excuses.

I tried to raise the same issue with Meesho customer service but they denied to take the complaints on courier services. Right now, I don't have those two products and have lost the amount (Rs. 598) too.

    My order no is[protected] yet product is not delivered to me, i got an delivery notification that delivery made successful.
    I called to delivery agent he dsnt pick the Call anymore but today he picked the call and conveyed me that he submitted the product in shadowfax office plz check with it and do the best.

          On July 9 Shadowfax rider came and asked OTP for pickup after that he the picked up the return order successfully & told that you will receive a SMS about successful pickup in a few hours and left. But after some time when I checked the status it is showing like pickup failed due to a missmatch of product pickup. How is that possible? If the product is not same then how did the agent picked up my return order? So basically now they have picked up my order and marked it as pick up failed in their system. I'm calling their customer care No. [protected] it is not connecting. When mailed meesho customer care they are asking about acknowledgement(pickup slip) copy the shadowfax rider never provided. I am providing all the details which I have now, resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                Received message on July 18th that product will be delivered but evening status is shown as "DELIVERED". But my product is not delivered.

                Tracking number of order : AWB SF[protected]FPL.

                Raised an issue but only received message that Team will get in touch shortly. But none has reached out till now. Please resolve the issue.

                    On 09/07/2022 the product is picked up but not get pickup slip by delivery boy after it is showing QC fail in status tracking I am attaching screenshot which I was received before the product pickup. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible thank you.

                    On 9/7/2022 the product is picked up by delivery boy and he is not provide any pickup slip for that product but in tracking link it is showing like QC fail.                         I ordered one thing from meesho which was to be delivered my shadowfax...it was showing out for delivery and i haven't received it yet its been 2 days ..i got an sms saying agent cancelled my order request ...what is this ? Why r agents so rude ? You guys cannot cancel without our permission i want my parcel as soon as possible as i ordered it for a trip ..help me.please !

                                Have been getting messages since the last two days that my order will be delivered today. When I call the delivery partner on the number provided, they say it's wrong number and then reschedule the delivery saying that the customer did not pick up the phone. The delivery partner was rude and when I call their customer care, only a bot responds. How am I supposed to reach out to a person and not a bot on your customer care?

                                  i have made 2 order to AJIO and product was not fit to me so i have raised return request and out of two order, one return order was alloted to shadowfax. shadowfax courier boy came to me and picked up both the product and next day i got call from delhivery courier company for pick of second product then i understand shadowfax has onlyone assigntmet for return pickup and second was picked up by cheating, i got refund for 1 product only and second product showing pending for picked up by delhivery courier comapny

                                      The order number stated above was for return from Jaipur Mansarover but twice or trice it is cancelled by the Shadow Fax, Jaipur.
                                      How and why it is cancelled while customer stayed at home constantly while the days for last four days. Neither pick-up man making call nor using door bell.

                                        I ordered food from Taco Bell today and it was delivered to me. While handing me the bag of food, the delivery guy took a photo of me.
                                        Is this some new policy by shadowfax? This act by the delivery boy was creepy and inappropriate. Please respond to this issue as soon as possible.
