I have delivered the delivery in rain and as promised by the company shadowfax I have not got any rain serge for the delivery done in rain... When I raised a help issue they said there was no rain but they have given rain serge to only one delivery and not the other 2 which I did in rain

        I have returned 3 item on 26th May tracking ID R[protected]FPL ordered from meesho but I did not receive refund for 2 items, shadowfax courier boy picked up all the 3 items from me I don't have any contact no of the courier boy & meesho customer care asked me to contact shadowfax courier and ask them for the product details.Rs.914 still not received from.meesho as they did not received 2 items . kindly look into the matter.

          Hi I had a return order placed in meesho app and the person has coem to pickup the item with the tracking ID:R[protected]FPL picked a wrong item worth 776 ruppes and he didn't inform for which item he came on that day.
          and there was no SMS communication neither from Shadowfax nor from Meesho.

          I called him with ten minutes of the pickup and asked him to handover the item he picked up worngly but he didnt come back and he said he will submit it in shadowfax office and the same will be sent to MEEsho..but its been one month and he didnt submitted and i am unabel to reach shawdofax customer care also to raise this complaint.
          please suggest

                          The delivery boy called me saying he is at my place and asked for the otp, i wasn't at home and asked him to come down the road where i was, he took my otp daying he'll come n deliver in 2 mins... but he never came...                             Hello Team,
                            I've ordered a product on 15th May and got it on 20th May within 5 days. But due to size issue i've requested for replacement on the same day i.e. 20th May. Clovia scheduled my pick up on the next day and i got a message aswell that my pick up will be done on that day with your shadowfax agent contact number. He never called me but i called him several times and every time he said yes ma'am coming but he neither came nor he call me once. I waited for 3 days for him, lastly he said i dont have your pick up order number and when i tried to check my order status on your shadowfax site i can saw that the status was cancelled. I have not done anything then how can my order got cancelled? What kind of service it is? You don't value your customer.
                            Worst service ever. Clovia scheduled my parcel pick up two times but no one come to take it.
                            Could you please solve my issue ASAP.

Due to some size issue i apply the return for it and yesterday one pf the delivery partner came n took the parcel from me but now he is not updating that the product has been taken by him n just because of that a seller is not returning my money .
