This is the delivery agent that I am referring[protected].
He called me almost 6-7 times at an interval of 40 mins each regarding my address. The address was clearly mentioned.
I politely asked till what time he’ll come, he arrogantly said I will come, don’t have a specific time.
Lastly when he came, I said he took so long. to which he replied I’ve 10 more other works.
What is this response? Am I making him work for free. I said I am saying this because I had to go somewhere, but couldn’t go as he didn’t tell at what time he’ll come and he said who has stopped u from doing your work.
I want the authority to take strict action, otherwise I am not gonna order anything if that’s from shadowfax

But after a few hours I received a message that the pick up Was failed due to quality check.
I gave the package very well packed and even the item was in the same state as I had received it. If the quality check didn't pass as per them, then how did their agent pick it up.
So basically now they have picked up my order and marked it as pick up failed in their system. How can they do that. Even I have raised a support request 3 times still no response. I'm calling their customer care. Its an automated message which says they will reach me on my registered mobile within 24 hrs but no one called. There is no way to get in contact with the agent of customer service.
