RESPECTED TEAM
I had put my return request in Meesho shopping app then shadowfax logistics got allotted Pickup boy . The delivery boy of shadowfax got a call. Told us more that you will pick up and he took the goods from us and did not confirm the pickup. After 1 day again I call the delivery boy and tell why my pickup was not confirmed. Then he says can't find your stuff. Then I called then says I will return your goods today. When I ask to confirm pickup, then abused and blocked us. I have call recording. I have also complained about this in consumer court. Which is unacceptable to me. DELIVERY BOY MOB: [protected].I request you to investigate this and give justice.
I will wait for your reply which will be very important for me.

I had ordered a bag of ₹ 285 from Meesho on 17th June 2022 but due to product damage, I requested returns. After 2 days, Shadowfax courier boy called for pickup. Got my order pickedup but my pickup is not confirmed. Then I called the delivery boy but he was not ready to confirm the pookup, the boy said abusively and blocked us again. My pickup got canceled. All my money wasted. pickup boy contact(+917070043711) Then we complied Meesho Shopping App. Have complained to Shadowfox Courier Logistics Dept. but no response received and no call received. No email has been replied. No, someone sent us an email.

i request to please investigate and immeadeately action of this delivery boy
Cz using abusive language many times and pick-up product picked but marked not pick up .reaso missing in this order.i have also call record and whatsapp chat .if you are not punished
then i have a right to file a case against shadowfax.delivery agent also .Cz i have evidence right now

    Shadow fax delivery executive named "Gopi" of thuraipakkam has spoken in very unparlimentary words to my wife. Request the company to notice call records and take necessary action against him.

      I'm complaining about delivery agent

      I had 3 return pickups which were to be be picked up on 15th June, all three parcels were picked up but the delivery boy has marked only for 2, he has marked as not picked up for one more parcel.
      I called him after 3 days stating the same and he told that the parcel is with him and he would return it to me the next day, it's been 5 days and he still hasn't returned.When I tried calling him he's been telling that he will deliver it...

      Ajio return picked up but they marked as quality check failed

      On June 17 (Friday) Shadowfax rider[protected] came & picked up the return order (RT[protected] successfully, took the pickup code from me & told that you will receive a SMS about successful pickup in a few hours and left. But after some time I received a message that the pickup failed due to a quality check. I mean how is that possible? If the quality check didn't pass as per them, then how did the agent picked up the my return order? So...

      My name is Vishal. I'm working in shadowfax as a delivery partner. Nowdays company doing like a scam. They are not providing much orders and I am unable earn money. I'm working for full time. But in that full time nowdays since last 25 days orders are not getting. Also the pay scheme ( MG ) is so less. They gave targeted orders for MG. But there are not getting orders. I have mailed to company and tried to reach out to support or help service but it's worst thing in company. There is no way that we can talk to a help agent of shadowfax. They just say we will call you back but they don't. I'm working as a full day. Nobody is taking action on it. I'm from pune. From last 25 days I can't complete targeted orders. Even in that 25 days hardly I can complete only 20 orders. We get only 200 to 250 rupees only profit after removing petrol expense. I stay online for nearby 12 to 15 hours but there is no possible earning guarantee. They are just doing scam. When I asked area manager on group that why we are not getting orders then he removed me from whatsapp group. They are behaving on their own. I'm writing complaint on consumer support coz I can't find any other way to get myself any help. Please I hope you could help with that. Coz there are many riders who are facing the situations. Their system management is not also good. Everything in this company is useless and worst experience from this company.

        order placed on 13.06.22 and delivery was scheduled for 20.06.22 ( yesterday )
        Yesterday at around 9 PM received call from delivery person saying " due to load could not able to deliver today . He assured to deliver the item today by 11 A.M.
        Inspite of repeated follow ups item still not delivered.
        There is also no response from the toll number.
        This is really very pathetic service from Shadowfax with mental harassment for customers.

          AWB NO- SF[protected]PIC
          I have still not received the delivery of an order shipped on 7th or June despite it having reached in the same city and near me. Contacted shadowfax several times via call and messages on the website to no avail. They’re ridiculous and have not delivered my shipment yet. Do not ever ship with shadowfax. They don’t respond, don’t resolve your queries and your high value items are stuck with them for weeks together with no signs of being delivered. Such companies shouldn’t exist and fined for their horrible behaviour!

            It is the 4th time I am complaining to shadow fax
            My return is picked up but it is showing that the product is not yet picked up

              My Ajio order was picked up by a shadowfax executive on 16th June 2022
              He picked it up and said ill receive a SMS about successful pickup in a few hours and left.
              My return's AWB is R[protected]AJl
              But after a few hours I received a message that the pick up Was failed due to quality check.
              I gave the package very well packed and even the item was in the same state as I had received it. If the quality check didn't pass as per them, then how did their agent pick it up. He even said ill receive a successful sms.
              So basically now they have picked up my order and marked it as pick up failed in their system. How can they do that. I'm calling their customer care. Its an automated message whcih says they will reach me on my registered mobile but no way to get in contact with the agent of customer service. Even the deliver agent who came to pick up my order isnt answering the phone calls.

                I have cancelled the delivery attempt twice as the address of delivery was wrong but today another delivery attempt was made and i requested for the cancellation.The delivery boy asked me over the phone to share the cancellation code and i did but a few seconds later i have received the text that my order has heen delivered. This is a serious issue kindly look into it

                    Hello,

                    Pickup initiated on 11th June. still no one contacted me and daily shadowfax updates my pickup status as "Pick up Rescheduled By Shadowfax". i haven't received call or any update regarding this issue. No one is contacting me or picking my return. i have used help center in shadowfax regarding delayed pickup they said they will contact me within 24 hr. i have yet to receive any human phone call from their side. they only send text which i am attaching image of.

                        Hello,

                        This is Tejeswini Kshirsagar, from Mumbai. I have ordered a dress from meesho which i was supposed to recieve on Friday 10/6/2022. I received a message regarding product out for delivery but the delivery person did not arrive. I have provided with the office addresses so i called on the provided delivery riders number i.e [protected] and rescheduled the timings and day to receive the order for next day. The delivery person is very rude and not cooperative. He did not deliver my product since 3 days today is 4th day 13/6/2022 i still havent recived my product and the call is not received by delivery person.
                        This may cost company reputation. I really had a bad experience with shadowfax, totally disappointed.

                              This is the delivery agent that I am referring[protected].

                              He called me almost 6-7 times at an interval of 40 mins each regarding my address. The address was clearly mentioned.
                              I politely asked till what time he’ll come, he arrogantly said I will come, don’t have a specific time.
                              Lastly when he came, I said he took so long. to which he replied I’ve 10 more other works.

                              What is this response? Am I making him work for free. I said I am saying this because I had to go somewhere, but couldn’t go as he didn’t tell at what time he’ll come and he said who has stopped u from doing your work.
                              I want the authority to take strict action, otherwise I am not gonna order anything if that’s from shadowfax

                                I was not able to receive call from Shadowfax courier boy (mo. no. [protected]) to get my online paid parcel (AWD no. SF[protected]FK) yesterday but then he marked delivered.
                                I tried to contact him with the no. too many times but call was not connected.
                                I also made a complaint to Shadowfax than Company replied me our agent will contact you within 24 hours.

                                But I didn't get call again from courier boy, agent and from company even after 24 hours and my issue is not resolved.

                                And I am currently waiting for my parcel.

                                It taken around 30 hours to resolve the issue. But now I have no complaint with the team or courier person. Company itself called me with the no. +918048130623 and after few hours courier boy delivered my product at my doorstep.

                                Finally I got my product delivered and now I can continue my preparation. I really thankful for Shadowfax team to resolve my issue. Now I have no more tensions of money and parcel. Thank You team Once again.
