Hello Team,
I've ordered a product on 15th May and got it on 20th May within 5 days. But due to size issue i've requested for replacement on the same day i.e. 20th May. Clovia scheduled my pick up on the next day and i got a message aswell that my pick up will be done on that day with your shadowfax agent contact number. He never called me but i called him several times and every time he said yes ma'am coming but he neither came nor he call me once. I waited for 3 days for him, lastly he said i dont have your pick up order number and when i tried to check my order status on your shadowfax site i can saw that the status was cancelled. I have not done anything then how can my order got cancelled? What kind of service it is? You don't value your customer.
Worst service ever. Clovia scheduled my parcel pick up two times but no one come to take it.
Could you please solve my issue ASAP.
