Your pickup boy not coming for pickup.you dont have cuatomer care number and email id.how can someone contact to you.you dont how to run the business.pickup boy dont have manner.i called him he us cutting the call and then blocked.his number is [protected].my tracking id is R[protected]FPL.I Ordered it from meesho.but now they are not showing return button.shadowfax is worst company .i dont know how you are running this.

I kept saree in meesho and i got delivery from shadow fax after that i kept return som delivery agent took our parcel but not updated it and we didnt receive any slip so kindly request you to help on this meesho team will give refund after showing receipt only

I have applied for return in meesho for a product which I have purchased and shadow fax is the delivery partner for such return.
The delivery boy has picked up the return on May 21 2022, but it still didn't reach the supplier and my money is not credited to me.
I have called the customer care of shadow fax, it said that your agent will soon contact me but no calls from your side.
Please do check my return request and send the product to the supplier as soon as possible so that I can receive my refund..

Today shadow Fx courier boy pickup for return product . When he calls and asking for address to pickup the product then i guided him to reach my house to pickup but after guiding him suddenly he misbehave and very ruthless on his language and speaking very bad words. then i regret him to give my product to him.

I have delivered the delivery in rain and as promised by the company shadowfax I have not got any rain serge for the delivery done in rain... When I raised a help issue they said there was no rain but they have given rain serge to only one delivery and not the other 2 which I did in rain

I have returned 3 item on 26th May tracking ID R[protected]FPL ordered from meesho but I did not receive refund for 2 items, shadowfax courier boy picked up all the 3 items from me I don't have any contact no of the courier boy & meesho customer care asked me to contact shadowfax courier and ask them for the product details.Rs.914 still not received from.meesho as they did not received 2 items . kindly look into the matter.

Hi I had a return order placed in meesho app and the person has coem to pickup the item with the tracking ID:R[protected]FPL picked a wrong item worth 776 ruppes and he didn't inform for which item he came on that day.
and there was no SMS communication neither from Shadowfax nor from Meesho.

I called him with ten minutes of the pickup and asked him to handover the item he picked up worngly but he didnt come back and he said he will submit it in shadowfax office and the same will be sent to MEEsho..but its been one month and he didnt submitted and i am unabel to reach shawdofax customer care also to raise this complaint.
please suggest
