The delivery boy took my otp and failed to deliver my product. He had 2 parcels, and just went away after taking my otp. Now his number is out of reach. Am sure shadowfax would have the recordings of this call... I want this sorted asap.

    The delivery boy called me saying he is at my place and asked for the otp, i wasn't at home and asked him to come down the road where i was, he took my otp daying he'll come n deliver in 2 mins... but he never came... Am sure shadowfax has the recordings of the call and should able to trace that ### for cheating a CUSTOMER like this... Need this reaolved asap.

      Hello Team,
      I've ordered a product on 15th May and got it on 20th May within 5 days. But due to size issue i've requested for replacement on the same day i.e. 20th May. Clovia scheduled my pick up on the next day and i got a message aswell that my pick up will be done on that day with your shadowfax agent contact number. He never called me but i called him several times and every time he said yes ma'am coming but he neither came nor he call me once. I waited for 3 days for him, lastly he said i dont have your pick up order number and when i tried to check my order status on your shadowfax site i can saw that the status was cancelled. I have not done anything then how can my order got cancelled? What kind of service it is? You don't value your customer.
      Worst service ever. Clovia scheduled my parcel pick up two times but no one come to take it.
      Could you please solve my issue ASAP.

            I have ordered one dress on 16th May 2022and till date it's not delivered when I called courier service of shadow fax he asked me to download anydesk and telling me to pay rs.5 from my debit or credit card as my parcel kept on hold because of wrong address.

            I get all my parcels on the same address and never missed one.Why will be a problem of address issue now.

            The no.that i called and spoke is.[protected].

            Please help me in getting this parcel orelse i need refund for it.

                As i have done my order of cammisoles from meesho. Due to some size issue i apply the return for it and yesterday one pf the delivery partner came n took the parcel from me but now he is not updating that the product has been taken by him n just because of that a seller is not returning my money . As we are doing so much soo much for our worth living I don’t know why people are cheating like this i want a solution as soon as possible kindly ressolve it

                  हमने ऑनलाइन एप द्वारा प्रोडक्ट मंगाया तो प्रोडक्ट को deliver करने की जिम्मेदारी shadowfax को दी गई। इन्होंने हमारी बिना इजाजत के हमारा product cancel कर दिया। agent का कॉल आता है बोलता है की उसे डिलीवर करने के लिए pin चाहिए पर वह, pin का गलत उपयोग करके हमारा प्रोडक्ट कैंसिल कर देता है। आज भी उसने हमारे साथ यह दोहराया है। shadowfax द्वारा हमारे 3 प्रोडक्ट को cancel किया जा चुका है। अतः आपसे निवेदन है किया कृपा करके इसपर कायबाही करे और हमारी समस्या का निवारण करे ।।

                    My order from Meesho has been picked up and later updated that it has failed QC. ...But my product is not returned and I am not able to contact them.

                    On contacting with the pickup guy i came to know that he has kept the product with himself only and not submitted further.

                    He has blocked me from calls and whatsapp as well.

                    Line number they will write ur complaint explain whole issue they will check tracing id n then will do refund to uh bcz same happened to

                    Meesho is saying that once i will give them pickup slip or message then only they will refund my amount else not.

                        I have ordered a product from meesho and I have received a defective product so raised a return request and for return pickup they allocate shadowfax as a delivery partner, A delivery guy has come for pickup but the status was qc failed for my item, Later i contacted the pickup partner he has not submited the product in the company and kept the item with him self. without seeing the item how shadowfax report as qc failed I want to return...

                            I ordered from Zapvi on 4th May 2022. This is my order ID 5028354. I received a mail on 9th May that confirmed that my product have been delivered and recieved. I did not get any order. I've complained alot of times and there's no response. I look forward to a reply. Please solve this issue asap. This wasn't expected from shadowfax.

                                Regarding return order to hold or not pick up

                                I have to return the two products one is chappals and another one is dress which is the exchange one but also another time got defective products. So this time i didn't have chance of exchange so i placed return in meesho app they have scheduled to shadowfax. But they are not calling for pickup and for the dress the mentioned the status like pickup is qc failed. They don't even called me or came to my home and mentioned like that. For the chappals they don't called and mentioned customer not connected.
                                This is happening all the time with shadowfax when i have returns or exchange. R[protected]FPL this one is for chappals R[protected]FPL this one is for dress (new one i have reinitiated).

                                Today also they did the same. Order rescheduled today they didn't call me. I have called them twice they said will come at 5m. They didn't came till 6 pm after that i called him he said half an hour I will come but he didn't show up. And the same happened again reschedule to tomorrow. Please do something

                                  The order i placed on 19th April was returned on May 10th. Yet the order hasn't reached the seller. No way to contact them and they never contact you as well even if they promise in 24hrs they would contact me. It's been a month since this long exhausted tracking has been going on. With no respect or value for the customer.
