Delivery boy took my product and on the app it's showing product did not pick up bcoz of that they are not giving me the refund.
Now i have no product bcoz delivery boy took it and i can't contact the delivery boy also
Pls try to solve my problem.i can't contact your company bcoz of poor services

I have ordered a product from meesho and I have received a defective product so raised a return request and for return pickup they allocate shadowfax as a delivery partner, A delivery guy has come for pickup but the status was qc failed for my item, Later i contacted the pickup partner he has not submited the product in the company and kept the item with him self. without seeing the item how shadowfax report as qc failed I want to return...

I refer my friend referal bonus is done . payment was not received my bank .while asking in chat support they was not answering to me.can you resolve this issue .Rider I'd 1746343...

Ur courier boy has taken return product and didnt give any msg slip. Due to this im not getting refund for my product

I order a product from messo but product are damaged so i request to return my order ( Tracking id- R[protected]FPL). Abd also return are approved. And pick up hand over to shadowfax but 10 days has gone no response from here please help me to avoid waste of my money . I have not problem with messo but problem issued by Shadowfax so bad service i think it is so bad service in india.my contact no- [protected] Please help me...

I ordered from Zapvi on 4th May 2022. This is my order ID 5028354. I received a mail on 9th May that confirmed that my product have been delivered and recieved. I did not get any order. I've complained alot of times and there's no response. I look forward to a reply. Please solve this issue asap. This wasn't expected from shadowfax.

My wrong product was taken by delivery men so that there is no refund and my other order also taken by him no refund

Pls pickup up my parcel order no. R[protected]FPL . U hold it. 2time call me by the customer but I did not pick up due to reason. So pls after this u pick up my order it's a request . Resolve my problem soon as possible....

I have to return the two products one is chappals and another one is dress which is the exchange one but also another time got defective products. So this time i didn't have chance of exchange so i placed return in meesho app they have scheduled to shadowfax. But they are not calling for pickup and for the dress the mentioned the status like pickup is qc failed. They don't even called me or came to my home and mentioned like that. For the chappals they don't called and mentioned customer not connected.
This is happening all the time with shadowfax when i have returns or exchange. R[protected]FPL this one is for chappals R[protected]FPL this one is for dress (new one i have reinitiated).

The order i placed on 19th April was returned on May 10th. Yet the order hasn't reached the seller. No way to contact them and they never contact you as well even if they promise in 24hrs they would contact me. It's been a month since this long exhausted tracking has been going on. With no respect or value for the customer.

Delivery boy not received my product for return

I ordered a product from meeshi website which was to be delivered by shadow fox delivery guy but this delivery guy hasn't delivered me my package, he robbed my package and as I had done online payment he directly without calling me and without my consent generated OTP and updated it system that package is delivered. Because is such unbelievable unprofessional behaviour of the delivery guy I got robbed of my package by delivery guy of shadowfox.

I got a courier on Saturday(14/05/2022). I was in the office. I cannot receive the product directly. I informed my neighbor to receive the product. But the courier boy didn't accept the gpay and rescheduled the order. Yesterday (15/05/2022) I requested to return the same product. Today (16/05/2022) the same guy came to receive the product. I was not available in my home, I'm explaining and asked about the receiving time, without asking anything to me. He rescheduled the date.. is this a way of treating the customer. please listen to this conversation this conversation of shadowfax courier company..kindly take strict action ...please listen to this conversation this is what your shadow fax courier boy and employees are doing with customers ...misbehaving ...inappropriate behaviour when we are contacting them.
if they have marked unpicked...they are not returning the product ...

shadow fax office sector 11pratap nagar ..jaipur rajasthan...he took my product without pickup confirmation he has marked it not picked ...i dont know what they have done with the product...when i went to the office they behaved rudely by saying we dont have the product given to seller...
now i dont have refund as well as product ...
look onto this matter...they are not even checking in their system ...i have gone to their office they said we have sent product back to seller ...when meesho contacted them they are saying they did not get back the product . Either your shadow fax office in jaipur are robbers or theifs stealing products of customer ...kindly look into this matter.

I was returning a product from Ajio but the delivery agent from their delivery partner Shadowfax asked me the OTP without completing the resheduling saying he will not come as he is quite far away and started making excuses like it was a mistake from their part that the request should have been tomorrow . It has angered me as he is taking the CUSTOMER as an ### ....

Shadowfax delivery boy did not delivered my package to me my order no is order:(trial) :#4991145 . He called me and says he was unable to deliver my package today so please tell me otp for rescheduling the order and a message came that my order is rescheduled but at 22:42 pm a message delivered to my no that your package is delivered but it's not delivered to me where is my package I want my order or my money it is prepaid order please resolve it as soon as possible
