I ordered for the products from Ajio. What they do is from the company's end they show that they are delivering the order but they cancel the order themselves and mention that there was nobody at home to take the order. They don't even bother to deliver the order.
This has not happened once or twice but several times now.
We spend so much time and energy to order the products and they very conveniently cancel it blaming on us only.

      Shadowfax kept on rescheduling my delivery. Their customer care not reachable. Finally they put the status as “ delivery on hold as customer wants open delivery”. I never asked them to reschedule or open delivery. They never contacted me. This is very unprofessional and autocratic nonsense behaviour from shadowfax

        Again, Again..Two of my parcels(R[protected]FPL, R[protected]FPL)were supposed to pickup by shadowfax courier but as always it again gets on hold or something else fake mention and even though I also get call then they ask OTP trickly and initiated delay they also ask money"Payment" for pickups. I am warning you for the Last and Last time, if my order is not picked up by tomorrow, then I will take action against you in court.. It's has been days from date of pickup but still my pickups not done I have asked for help in everyway but I couldn't get any satisfaction response...from your side... I am very disappointed to get such experience from Shadowfax ... Please let me know within day when my return order pickup Looking forward from hearing you...

          I wanted to return an item from nykaa fashion.a pickup agent called and came to my doorstep to pickup the item during the checking of item he asked me about the tag . There was no tag attached to the item i got delivered but he repeatedly asked me and afterwards threw the packet infront of me.

          I again called to nykaa fashion to arrange a pickup the very nxt day the same pickup agent called me and started asking me the code as OTP so that he can pickup the return item but over call he didnt come to my doorstep.
          I denied to share the OTP over call and i told him when he wil come to my doorstep i wil share the OTP.But then he started taking nonsense again and again.

          I am a lady from kolkata.

          Such a disgusting behaviour o[censored]nprofessional pickup agent
          How such a company can hire these men.
          He was so angry over call and shouting about the OTP
          He used such bad words i cant even write down here
          Pls lookup my complaint.

          Or else i hv to file case against the agent and i have recorded all the calls of the agent.

            I have ordered a product on meesho but I returned it on 19th March, Saturday at 12:05pm to the shadowfax agent assigned by meesho due to quality issue. The shadowfax agent came and he picked up the product but he didn't updated the picked status. I had called the meesho help centre to ask regarding this issue for but they were asking for the reufund slip. So kindly help me with this matter.

                I want to registered a complain against my order ID -SF[protected]FPL. I have ordered a product from meesho app. And pay online (preapaid) . I haven't receive my product I registered complain also to meesho they mail me and say we will resolve this issue and they verified and said the product has been delivered to (me) to given address, but its not true I haven't got my product . its really very shameful act by shawdofax. I cant believe this, how they cheat with us I will also do complain on consumer helpline. Plz look over it n solve my problem.

                I m very thankful to the quick action taken by shawdofax courier services as I registered complain regarding not delivering my product n they insure me that we will look over it n yesterday a call from shawdofax help line come n one of his executive say we will defenetly look over this issue n they resolve it within 24hr I got my product its really very appreciating.thanks a lot n plz don't oppoint such person who do such fraud.I m really very shocked that how(courier man) they simply sign with my name n verified as delivered of product. thanks a lot once again n plz look over it.

                    Didn't received refund

                    I had ordered on meesho( cash on delivery) and they were my delivery partner. Product was kept on hold at first and finally when I was intimated that product was out of delivery.
                    I started seeing one payment link on shadowfax tracking.
                    So, I paid 523/- on that link but I didn't got my product. Infact they canceled the delivery and returned the product back to seller.
                    I tried contacting meesho for refund but I was told...

                        Refund not initiated for a returned product

                        Product was returned on 11th March 2022. Even after multiple complaints and emails sent there is no response from shadowfax. The seller is also not responding to calls or msgs. No proper customer care is available to reach out and complain to. Need shadowfax team to look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. It has been almost more than 2weeks....

                        It is really disappointing, I am not getting any response from shadowfax. I have been cheated by their delivery boy. He taken gpay amount of cod parcel and did not handover parcel to society security guard. Moreover, he cancelled my order now. Please connect with me on priority.

                            Shadowfax delivery boy came to deliver my parcel from Meesho. I was not at my home. He asked me to Google pay on his number as it was cod and informed me that he will handover my parcel to society security guard. I paid the amount Rs 773. When I reached society, security guard informed that there was no parcel and later on that delivery boy marked my order as cancelled. When I called him 100 times, he did not picked my call. Need immediate action on Shadowfax.

                              Wrong delivery status

                              My package with Order #[protected] was supposed to be deliver today. While I was out they delivered and updated the status that the item has been delivered. But when I came back there was no package. I already paid online and I don't even have the package . Also customer care services is very bad. They should reply within minutes but it's been hours they have not call back.
                              I want my money back...

                              I have a ordered a product from ajio and shipped through shadowfax( order I'd SF[protected]AJI). Yesterday my order is out for delivery but not delivered to me with remark customer not reachable while I am available at delivery address all time. Today again my product is out for delivery but when I call to delivery person he informed me that he is not delivering today. After some time delivery person call me and ask me a code delivered to me for rescheduling the delivery date while I only get the delivery code. In my opinion he is trying to do some fraud. After some time I gave massage from shadofax that my shipment is canceled as requested while I don't remember such request.
