Order no. 12710172, MC Donald's, time of order:- 8:30pm, date:- 11/3/22. Order was picked up by rider named Mohit Motwani who did not respond and then we contacted McD Crystal palm, where the order was placed and they said that the order was picked up by the rider long back. The order took more than an hour but we still did not get any updates. Another rider was assigned who did not respond so we had to arrange for a swiggy genie even after paying you money to pick our order from McD. This kind of service is pathetic we lost our money and our food. You guys better make sure to provide quality service before starting a business. So disappointed and annoyed.
There is no response from the customer service and to figure out a way to contact you guys is really tricky... Try improving already before you end up in deep waters. I'm not even sure if there is a customer service team
