Delivery guy took wrong product. Instead of meesho product he took ajio product then he justified that is the product after 3 days I came to that. Now I'm trying to connecting to the customer service center but couldn't connect to them

    I ordered weighing scale on meesho 1 week ago .my tracking Id SF[protected]FPL .and delivery guy yesterday called from [protected] and asked for address. My mother said the address and after sometime my mother called that delivery guy and asked for parcel. He was lying like my mother said we have no money. But we were waiting for parcel. He didn't even come to my place and simply giving excuses. My mother asked to deliver today. Yesterday evening he called mother and without saying detail asked for OTP and my mother thought that is for delivery.but today I checked app it shows shipment cancelled. So please take action against that delivery guy and please deliver my parcel

          I ordered jeans from meesho which was going to deliver by shadowfax.On the day of delivery (17th march 2022) I didn't receive my product but shows that it had been delivered. Infact I didn't get any call from delivery partner.

            I ordered a product from Ajio on 14th and shadowfax is assigned delivery partner with tracking I'd ending with 33AJI.
            It was supposed to be delivered on the 18th march.
            It's been 2 days now and there has been no updates about it.

            On tracking it shows it is nearby, it is in the same area. But when will you really deliver it??

            Please I want my product delivered today itself.

            I have already pinged you on your website regarding the same.

                A product from limeroad with AWB no. SF[protected]LI on tracking showed out for delivery today i.e 19/03/22 with rider no. [protected]. After numerous calls the rider did not pick up the given number. I need the product urgently tomorrow i.e 20/03/22, kindly arrange the same.

                  Sir I placed an order on meesho which they sent through shadow fax, on 17 th March it reached attur hub and on next day your delivery executive called me & asked the pin number, I also shared it and he promised me that he will deliver by tomorrow .And now I received message that your order get cancelled
                  From shadow fax. such a cheating person he is and it is an awful service by meesho which they chose you as a delivery partner.. Really a pathetic service

                    I work as delivery boy in shadowfax company and they told after completing 50 orders first payment will be given and i have completed 51 orders on Tuesday itself but they are not giving my payment it's not even calculated in the app please do resolve my issue

                        I ordered a kurti in meesho as COD but on the day of product delivery, received a link from shadowfax for traking along with online payment. So i paid via UPI ( attached screenshot for referrence). Delivery agent came to home and received the same amount again and delivered the product when am not in home. So kindly refund the cost which i have paid twice. After paying in UPI why there is no update to the delivery agent about the payment and why they have collected the amount again. Kindly reply and refund the amount.

                            Shadowfax rider[protected] PIN 8842 delivered me a parcel order AWB SF[protected]FPL on 12 March, 2022. Attempt code 8466.

                            Actually I order a parcel from Meesho on 8th March, 2022 and the parcel was delivered to me on 12th March, 2022.I had to pay Rs. 764.00 to the delivery boy and I gave him Rs. 1000.00 and asked him to return the balance as he had to return me Rs. 236.00. He returned me Rs. 200.00 as note and the remaining balance was given to me as a huge number of coins.

                            It was not possible for me to complete the counting of all the number of coins within that short time.While counting the value of coins given by him, he departed from my doorstep. Suddenly I found that he returned be Rs. 32.00 instead of Rs. 36.00 by mistake; so there was a shortage of Rs. 4.00. I called him within 1 minute after his departure from my doorstep and asked him to return Rs. 4.00 and he denied. Then I told the whole incident to him and he assured that he would return me after sometime. I waited for him and after some hours I called him again and he again assured me that he would return Rs. 4.00 after his duty time. But he has not kept his promise and he has not come to return that till date. Even I can't contact with him in his number now.

                            I shall be highly obliged if you kindly take step to return me Rs. 4.00 as soon as possible. Hope my request will not be put aside. Otherwise I will have to take hard step. Thanking you...

                                Shadowfax executive will contact no.[protected] returned me 4 product. And cunningly took my company stamp and press it in their return sheet. Afterward I got the receipt that he has returned 5 product. I has called him further and he is telling me that 1 product is lost and they can't deliver it back to me.

                                  In 12th march I request a return of one dress material worth Rs585 of meesho app. Delivery boy came on my doorstep for pickup on 14th march that I request a return But I am not available that day so I thought Again I cancel my pickup and rescheduled it next day i.e14march but after half an hour the delivery agent came that I request a return for 12th march.And again on meesho order detail its only stuck on that pickup has to be done on 3-4working days but its only done and its also updated on shadowfax site that pickup received and also didnt got refund.

                                    I have been contacting you since the last 10 days but still you are not solving my issue.

                                    My 3 orders are still not delivered yet.
                                    AWB no's are SF[protected]MAO, SF[protected]MAO and SF[protected]MAO.

                                    I WANT ALL OF THESE 3 ORDERS.

                                    DO NOT RETURN THESE ORDERS.

                                    I was contacting you, the company from which I ordered the product and the Shadowfax office in my city.
                                    When I contacted the shadow fax office in my city they told me on 8 th that they will deliver my orders the next day, which is 9 th march, they told me the reason that they have not opened the box yet.

                                    Again on the next day, I contacted them, they told me they will definitely deliver the order till friday. But they did not deliver.

                                    The next day they said they will deliver after monday because they do not work saturday, sunday.

                                    On monday, I suddenly received a message that all 3 orders are cancelled. They did not contact me or even they had not asked me for cancellation.

                                    I was continuously contacting you via Twitter and call (IVR).

                                    On twitter you told me that you are working on it and you will solve the issue and deliver my orders. But you did nothing.

                                    On IVR it was telling me that I will receive a call from you in the next 24 hours but I never got a single call from you.

                                    Today when I again went to the shadowfax office in my city, they told me that orders are cancelled and they can't give it to me. All 3 orders are still in my city shadowfax office only but still they are not giving/delivering.

                                    YOU HAVE ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
                                    NO ONE FROM YOU HAVE SOLVED ISSUE AND CONTACTED ME YET.

                                      When I contacted the shadow fax office in my city they told me on 8 th that they will deliver my orders the next day, which is 9 th march, they told me the reason that they have not opened the box yet.

                                      Again on the next day, I contacted them, they told me they will definitely deliver the order till friday. But they did not deliver.

                                      The next day they said they will deliver after monday because they do not work saturday, sunday.

                                      On monday, I suddenly received a message that all 3 orders are cancelled. They did not contact me or even they had not asked me for cancellation.

                                      I was continuously contacting you via Twitter and call (IVR).

                                      On twitter you told me that you are working on it and you will solve the issue and deliver my orders. But you did nothing.

                                      On IVR it was telling me that I will receive a call from you in the next 24 hours but I never got a single call from you.

                                      Today when I again went to the shadowfax office in my city, they told me that orders are cancelled and they can't give it to me. All 3 orders are still in my city shadowfax office only but still they are not giving/delivering.

                                      YOU HAVE ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
                                      NO ONE FROM YOU HAVE SOLVED ISSUE AND CONTACTED ME YET.
                                      Shadowfax customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I want my all 3 orders with AWB no SF[protected]MAO, SF[protected]MAO and SF[protected]MAO.

                                      DELIVER MY ORDERS IMMEDIATELY.

                                      DO NOT RETURN ANY OF THE ABOVE ORDER.
                                      I NEVER TOLD YOU TO CANCELLED ORDER.
