Hi, I have my return pickup scheduled from Decathlon since Feb 4th, 2022, but the Shadowfax courier service executive called me and rescheduled the pickup multiple times. The last time we spoke, he informed me that the pickup would take place on Feb 12th, 2022. Unfortunately, nobody came for the pickup service, and there has been no status update since Feb 10th, 2022.
This is a pathetic service as we can't reach out directly to customer care. Instead, it's an automated response saying the executive will reach out within the next 24 hours. But, nobody either calls or updates through a message. I'm stuck and haven't ever seen such horrible service where the executives lie and mislead the customer. Kindly resolve this ASAP. Otherwise, I would have to reach out to other relevant authorities to resolve the matter.
