    Team,

    We had ordered product (saree) from facebook. However, a wrong product has been delivered. Also, quality is bad. Cloth material is so thin and does not match display pic..

    We are terrible disappointed. We don't want this product and arrange for return and refund at the earliest.

    Not sure, if this is a trust worthy site. Business will not grow if you are not genuine.

    Do the needful.

      Sir, Main ek Food delivery boy huun Mera id 684462 ye hai, mere pass 26th February ko ek call aya tha ki main Shadow fax ka TL hoon aur ek OTP apke pass giya hai woo mujhea avi dijiye aur apka app delete kar dijiye aur main jabtak na bolu app mat kholeyea aur koi order regarding call ayegato mujhse conference pe bat karwa dijiyeaga maine jaise TL bola tha usi tarah kiya tha our avi Monday ko mere pass ek sms aya ke apka id terminate ho giya fir maine app download kar ke dekha mere id main penalty show kar raha hai RS 870/- ka aur id block ho gaya hai please sir ye totally mere sath fraud hua hai please sir check Karke ye problem ka solution nikaliyea .

          I have ordered a product(Kirthi) in MEESHO on 2nd February 2022 but I returned it shadowfax agent who was assigned by MEESHO due to unfit of size. The shadowfax agent came and he picked up the product but he didn't updated the picked status. i have called to MEESHO help center to ask regarding this issue for number of times but they were not giving proper response and product money.so kindly help me in this matter.

              From clovia my return products had to collected by shadowfax delivery but from 4days there are delaying and reschedule my order Im totally fedup with this deliVERY COMPletely previously. same incident and again repeated if they can't do delivery properly y they are accepting bloody ### stupid delivery partners they are full of lazy fellows I hate this delivery i[censored] resolve k otherwise I will complaint in cloviaalso every one has to give zero rating to u people I hate this delivery

                The driver does not take calls and does not pickup my return product and falsely claims that i am unreachable. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour and i have been left with no option but to complaint to you regrading the issue as you dont have any customer care number either. I am being told by the company that we have specifically asked them to do a manual pickup asap but the pickup guy again and again puts false statements on the portal. I have tried to contact him hundreds of times but this is completely not acceptable now.

                            Shadowfax Delivery

                            Hi, I have my return pickup scheduled from Decathlon since Feb 4th, 2022, but the Shadowfax courier service executive called me and rescheduled the pickup multiple times. The last time we spoke, he informed me that the pickup would take place on Feb 12th, 2022. Unfortunately, nobody came for the pickup service, and there has been no status update since Feb 10th, 2022.

                            This is a pathetic service as we can't reach out directly to customer care. Instead, it's an automated response saying the executive will reach out within the next 24 hours. But, nobody either calls or updates through a message. I'm stuck and haven't ever seen such horrible service where the executives lie and mislead the customer. Kindly resolve this ASAP. Otherwise, I would have to reach out to other relevant authorities to resolve the matter.

                                I have ordered few products which are not yet delivered to me...everyday in the morning I received msg from Shadowfax that you product is out for delivery but at End of the day I received msg that delivery person is unable to reach you and this is happening since last 3days...neither received any call from Shadofax delivery person nor they attempt to deliver the product.
                                this is happening for both the products which are coming through Shadowfax.
                                The number which I received in text msg from Shadowfax is coming wrong number by IVR itself

                                  On 1 feb 2022 they picked my product and told me to wait the pickup slip will be come later and then the delivery guy flew away in hurry and i wait for two days ther is no such message about the pickup. so i contact the meesho app to when my exchange will comethey told that you didnt return the product but i already retyurned the product.now they told not to resolve my problem and there is no query resolved by shadowfax even they didnt pick the call or even replyin on mail.

                                      Worst courier service regarding pick up of order from meesho

                                      I have a return pick up from meesho here in bhuj kutch gujarat and the executive has falsely called me and taken the code provided on sms and has not picked the courier which I want to return and he is not picking a single call and after picking one call he told he will be picking the order tomorrow as yesterday also he asked for the code but I denied and today he came at my address took the code and ran away without taking the return pick...
