Wrong penalty / fine imposed

Hi,
This is Mohammed Younus from Hyderabad.
I'm one of your delivery partner.
my ID is 1743911.

I want to share you some details that I have received an order on Wednesday i.e., on 2nd March 2022.

But when I received the order I have rushed to the restaurant to picked it up
But unfortunately my phone felt down and my phones half screen got crashed.

    I have requested for a return of a product from Decathlon that got initiated on 26/02/2022 and Shadowfax courier partner picked it up from the address provided on 27/06/2022. For a week there was no update regarding the same it was showing that customer is not reachable on their tracking portal. When I complained about this. Delivery executive marked that the Quality Check is failed. My question is that is the product failed quality check why did he picked it up and marked it QC failed after a week. He's not talking well and when asked to return the package he says he can't return and says talk to the company. THIS IS CLEARLY A FRAUD GOING ON. Please do the needful asap. I also have his name, phone number and call regarding ready if needed!!!

        On[protected] Late night order Order I'd[protected] Restaurant has been closed and i had received order restaurant manager at there said we are closed kindly cancel and the order then i raised a ticket on shadowfax app they cancelled my order now today when I going to book my slot I saw my ID has been suspended even i didn't picked up the order how could I MDND and saying I am fraud ... Which kind of fraud i did .. i have screenshots which i rasied a tickets also ... Kindly release my ID now ...

                    Recently i make a order from meesho order #[protected], jai singh, this product is delivered by shadowfax on 28 feb 22 order id sf[protected]fpl, i make online payment of 1773 by phonepe . In my meeso app status show order is cancelled but the order is delivered to me, so update tracking status, so i am able to return the product . If you not able to update the delivered status then refund my money

                        I have return request no.is "R[protected]FPL".On 4th March 2022 around 12:30 pickup executive call me one time to confirm my pickup location. The call got disconnected due to network issue. They put my return parcel on Hold and give reason to company that the customer want refund first. This will show when I track my return status.                             I have ordered product from meesho. Delivery boy from shadowfax cancelled the order and asking petrol money for deliverying product. What kind of service is this? Won't u give petrol allowance to your employees. Don't you train delivery boys how to speak with customers....

                                    Shadow fax has scheduled pick up of a return item bought on AJIO and is yet to contact me however they have been putting me messages of these false attempts. AJIO Order AWB R[protected]AJI. Not able to reach your guy at[protected] PIN 3478. It’s always busy for past hour or so. Multiple attempts to reach this guy failed. Please arrange pick up and stop putting messages of false attempts. NO ONE ATTEMPTED TO PICK UP TILL NOW.
