From 2 days I am online at my time but not receiving any order. My manager also don't know what to do. Shadofax has no any coustomer support team for delivery boy.

    Its was a very bad experience of me from a pickup person of the company (shadowfax).
    I would rather call it a fraud
    Losing the money isnt a big thing that matterd rather the companys neglegnce towards showing up my product correctly being picked up was the main issue that goes neglected .
    Shopping with meesho was nvr bad until this experienc of my returning the product.
    I request in a quick checking of the above mentiond issue, because the person who came up to get my pickup didnot even send any message from his side, yet the pickup was made with no money refund in the end.

        My order was urjnt it was suppose to be delivered today but the delivery was put on hold stating that I asked to open the package .when I have ordered and it is already prepaid why will I ask so.and main thing the delivery boy didnt came to my place and he blamed on customer because he was unable to deliver on time .Very pathetic service and delivery boy lies

          Hello Sir/Madam,

          So my complaint is that the delivery boy who came to give my order has misguided you that i have received my order. I got the message on 08/02/22 that the delivery guy is gonna come that day. but that day itself i got notification that i received my order. I've send complaint to shadowfax directly and they said they'll call me within a hour but its been 4 days no one called me. Such a worst behavior from the customer service team. I couldn't call back to the delivery guy too. There is no proper tracker given to the product. I need the product immediately or ad soon as possible. If I don't get the product, A refund must be done from your side.

              Hello Sir/Madam,
              So my complaint is that the delivery boy who came to give my order has misguided you that i have received my order. I got the message on 10/02/22 that the delivery guy is gonna come that day and as you know shadowfax has a feature of paying directly in the app of shadowfax itself for minimum human touch possible so i also paid the amount of 1145 there and when the delivery guy came at evening i was not at home so i told him that PLEASE SIR COME TOMORROW so i was clear from my side that I've done a prior payment so he's suppose to come next day but that day itself i got notification that i received my order. I've send complaint to shadowfax directly and they said they'll call me within a hour vut its been two days no one called me, i had a important function and because of that only i ordered the product but because of such behaviour of that delivery guy and shadowfax people I've to face such mental trauma. I want you to resolve my complaint as soon as possible and hand me my product before 15th Feb. Thankyou

                T on calling your customer care number from yesterday, i was assured i will be receiving a call within 24 hours but till now i did get any response.
                One of your arrogant, irresponsible delivery executives picked up a wronf product & I am unable to contact him.
                I am not getting any response from anywhere.

                  I ordered a shoe from ajio in January 2022 and they choose a delivery partner the ### shadofax it's been like 15 days all I receive is fake delivery attempts from that company and cancel my order without my knowledge I dint even received single call from them .                   I received courier on 23rd jan 2022 and paid @1585/-, but still not updated. Still the tracking shown shipment needs to be reattempted as per instructions.

                    Sir/mam I had ordered a product from meesho and it would have to deliver by your company shadowfax. But your delivery parter don't give the product. Your partner called me 2 times and told me to take the order (where I mention the address). But whenever I reach that location, I didn't find your delivery partner. And after 5-6 min I received the message that your order was on hold due to customer wants open delivery. But I never said that to your delivery partner to put my order on hold.
                    Please solve this problem and deliver my order as soon as possible.

                      For days now someone at Shadowfax has been canceling my order delivery without asking me and it has been a week since I've gotten my order. And I don't have a number I can call to discuss this. Please fix this.
                      It got out for delivery a week ago then it got canceled automatically saying I canceled it, no one ever called me even after writing to support so many times it's been over a week I'm going through this torture and my order keeps getting canceled automatically.

                                Worst app, as I am reading others reviews and same happened with me, I ordered from Nykaa, which was in return, After 1 week I got a call for pickup on Sunday around 8:pm at office address, when I asked him to come on week days, delivery boy replied I will cancel your pickup, and same has been done by shadow fax team...guys never and never try such a pathetic company and specially entrepreneurs don't spoil your business by making them your partner. Pathetic,
