Delivery boy asking petrol money for delivering the product

I have ordered product from meesho. Delivery boy from shadowfax cancelled the order and asking petrol money for deliverying product. What kind of service is this? Won't u give petrol allowance to your employees. Don't you train delivery boys how to speak with customers....

        Sir I returned product(bio oil) on 26 Feb 22 at 1245hrs but status not updated.I need pickup slip so that I can claim my refund.

          Shadow fax has scheduled pick up of a return item bought on AJIO and is yet to contact me however they have been putting me messages of these false attempts. AJIO Order AWB R[protected]AJI. Not able to reach your guy at[protected] PIN 3478. It’s always busy for past hour or so. Multiple attempts to reach this guy failed. Please arrange pick up and stop putting messages of false attempts. NO ONE ATTEMPTED TO PICK UP TILL NOW.

            Hi I'm Vrushali lives in malegaon of district nashik. I got my product delivered on 12th Feb due to fit issues I raised the return on the same day. And returned my product on 13th Feb. But delivery boy named mangesh pawar haven't updated it and I didn't get message of the same and didn't get the pickup slip too. And when I called him he asked me to raise the return request again but my return window has been closed. Even after returning the product on time I didn't get my refund so please look after it and make the pick up slip available for me.

              I placed an order in Flipkart and this is the order number SF84872362FLP.
              It is to be delivered at 2 March. As I am not available that day, i asked them to deliver next day but without my permission they cancelled the order.
              I already paid through contact less delivery of amount 500.

                When a delivery boy call me I just getting late for 5 minutes due to stuck in exam of my daughter... As a result he just use abusing language and cancel my order to his own.. It was disgusting and I want that boy to jail... And you don't take any action, I will go legal action towards the company...

                  I have a return pickup from clovia, but this pick up agent from shadowfax, didn't give a call for pick up and it is more than 10 days now. Sever is very poor, this is AWB: R[protected]CL, atleast do the neeful now

                        Team,

                        We had ordered product (saree) from facebook. However, a wrong product has been delivered. Also, quality is bad. Cloth material is so thin and does not match display pic..

                        We are terrible disappointed. We don't want this product and arrange for return and refund at the earliest.

                        Not sure, if this is a trust worthy site. Business will not grow if you are not genuine.

                        Do the needful.

                          Sir, Main ek Food delivery boy huun Mera id 684462 ye hai, mere pass 26th February ko ek call aya tha ki main Shadow fax ka TL hoon aur ek OTP apke pass giya hai woo mujhea avi dijiye aur apka app delete kar dijiye aur main jabtak na bolu app mat kholeyea aur koi order regarding call ayegato mujhse conference pe bat karwa dijiyeaga maine jaise TL bola tha usi tarah kiya tha our avi Monday ko mere pass ek sms aya ke apka id terminate ho giya fir maine app download kar ke dekha mere id main penalty show kar raha hai RS 870/- ka aur id block ho gaya hai please sir ye totally mere sath fraud hua hai please sir check Karke ye problem ka solution nikaliyea .

                            Rider rudely behave ...
                            Rider told me wait for 1 hr after 1 hr rider not come i was waiting in the market ...i am also the employee of kfc it not good .How r u ruuing the business ..

                              I have ordered a product(Kirthi) in MEESHO on 2nd February 2022 but I returned it shadowfax agent who was assigned by MEESHO due to unfit of size. The shadowfax agent came and he picked up the product but he didn't updated the picked status. i have called to MEESHO help center to ask regarding this issue for number of times but they were not giving proper response and product money.so kindly help me in this matter.

                                    The driver does not take calls and does not pickup my return product and falsely claims that i am unreachable. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour and i have been left with no option but to complaint to you regrading the issue as you dont have any customer care number either. I am being told by the company that we have specifically asked them to do a manual pickup asap but the pickup guy again and again puts false statements on the portal. I have tried to contact him hundreds of times but this is completely not acceptable now.
