      Shadowfax Delivery

      Hi, I have my return pickup scheduled from Decathlon since Feb 4th, 2022, but the Shadowfax courier service executive called me and rescheduled the pickup multiple times. The last time we spoke, he informed me that the pickup would take place on Feb 12th, 2022. Unfortunately, nobody came for the pickup service, and there has been no status update since Feb 10th, 2022.

      This is a pathetic service as we can't reach out directly to customer care. Instead, it's an automated response saying the executive will reach out within the next 24 hours. But, nobody either calls or updates through a message. I'm stuck and haven't ever seen such horrible service where the executives lie and mislead the customer. Kindly resolve this ASAP. Otherwise, I would have to reach out to other relevant authorities to resolve the matter.

        I ordered combo tshirt from meeso and requested for return. The delivery guy from shadowfax took the product and updated pick up cancelled.

          I have ordered few products which are not yet delivered to me...everyday in the morning I received msg from Shadowfax that you product is out for delivery but at End of the day I received msg that delivery person is unable to reach you and this is happening since last 3days...neither received any call from Shadofax delivery person nor they attempt to deliver the product.
          this is happening for both the products which are coming through Shadowfax.
          The number which I received in text msg from Shadowfax is coming wrong number by IVR itself

            On 1 feb 2022 they picked my product and told me to wait the pickup slip will be come later and then the delivery guy flew away in hurry and i wait for two days ther is no such message about the pickup. so i contact the meesho app to when my exchange will comethey told that you didnt return the product but i already retyurned the product.now they told not to resolve my problem and there is no query resolved by shadowfax even they didnt pick the call or even replyin on mail.

                Worst courier service regarding pick up of order from meesho

                I have a return pick up from meesho here in bhuj kutch gujarat and the executive has falsely called me and taken the code provided on sms and has not picked the courier which I want to return and he is not picking a single call and after picking one call he told he will be picking the order tomorrow as yesterday also he asked for the code but I denied and today he came at my address took the code and ran away without taking the return pick...

                  Its was a very bad experience of me from a pickup person of the company (shadowfax).
                  I would rather call it a fraud
                  Losing the money isnt a big thing that matterd rather the companys neglegnce towards showing up my product correctly being picked up was the main issue that goes neglected .
                  Shopping with meesho was nvr bad until this experienc of my returning the product.
                  I request in a quick checking of the above mentiond issue, because the person who came up to get my pickup didnot even send any message from his side, yet the pickup was made with no money refund in the end.

                      My order was urjnt it was suppose to be delivered today but the delivery was put on hold stating that I asked to open the package .when I have ordered and it is already prepaid why will I ask so.and main thing the delivery boy didnt came to my place and he blamed on customer because he was unable to deliver on time .Very pathetic service and delivery boy lies

                        Hello Sir/Madam,

                        So my complaint is that the delivery boy who came to give my order has misguided you that i have received my order. I got the message on 08/02/22 that the delivery guy is gonna come that day. but that day itself i got notification that i received my order. I've send complaint to shadowfax directly and they said they'll call me within a hour but its been 4 days no one called me. Such a worst behavior from the customer service team. I couldn't call back to the delivery guy too. There is no proper tracker given to the product. I need the product immediately or ad soon as possible. If I don't get the product, A refund must be done from your side.

                            Hello Sir/Madam,
                            So my complaint is that the delivery boy who came to give my order has misguided you that i have received my order. I got the message on 10/02/22 that the delivery guy is gonna come that day and as you know shadowfax has a feature of paying directly in the app of shadowfax itself for minimum human touch possible so i also paid the amount of 1145 there and when the delivery guy came at evening i was not at home so i told him that PLEASE SIR COME TOMORROW so i was clear from my side that I've done a prior payment so he's suppose to come next day but that day itself i got notification that i received my order. I've send complaint to shadowfax directly and they said they'll call me within a hour vut its been two days no one called me, i had a important function and because of that only i ordered the product but because of such behaviour of that delivery guy and shadowfax people I've to face such mental trauma. I want you to resolve my complaint as soon as possible and hand me my product before 15th Feb. Thankyou

                              T on calling your customer care number from yesterday, i was assured i will be receiving a call within 24 hours but till now i did get any response.
                              One of your arrogant, irresponsible delivery executives picked up a wronf product & I am unable to contact him.
                              I am not getting any response from anywhere.
                              I need that product of mine back but i don't know whom & where I should contact.
                              Such a pathetic service.

                                Product gets automatically cancelled

                                I have ordered one product from one of the app and they provide shadowfax tracking no. To track my order. After some days when product was out for delivery they didn't inform us via phone Or message, the courier boy didn't call me and after 5 minutes of out for delivery they updated shipment gets cancelled, I mean seriously without my consent they cancelled my order by own..                                 I ordered a shoe from ajio in January 2022 and they choose a delivery partner the ### shadofax it's been like 15 days all I receive is fake delivery attempts from that company and cancel my order without my knowledge I dint even received single call from them . When try to CUSTOMER service they don't have one .that's not THE BEST part of it when I try to call the delivery agent ( the number they gave in message) the phone official...

                                I received courier on 23rd jan 2022 and paid @1585/-, but still not updated. Still the tracking shown shipment needs to be reattempted as per instructions.

                                In this reason, the meesho was not approved my return request. If you not updated the status, meesho will not approved return request.
