T on calling your customer care number from yesterday, i was assured i will be receiving a call within 24 hours but till now i did get any response.
One of your arrogant, irresponsible delivery executives picked up a wronf product & I am unable to contact him.
I am not getting any response from anywhere.
I need that product of mine back but i don't know whom & where I should contact.
Such a pathetic service.
I will be escalating my complaint.

    Product gets automatically cancelled

    I have ordered one product from one of the app and they provide shadowfax tracking no. To track my order. After some days when product was out for delivery they didn't inform us via phone Or message, the courier boy didn't call me and after 5 minutes of out for delivery they updated shipment gets cancelled, I mean seriously without my consent they cancelled my order by own.. Plz take action on such fraud courier company. And it's is not the...

    I ordered a shoe from ajio in January 2022 and they choose a delivery partner the ### shadofax it's been like 15 days all I receive is fake delivery attempts from that company and cancel my order without my knowledge I dint even received single call from them . When try to CUSTOMER service they don't have one .that's not THE BEST part of it when I try to call the delivery agent ( the number they gave in message) the phone official...

    I received courier on 23rd jan 2022 and paid @1585/-, but still not updated. Still the tracking shown shipment needs to be reattempted as per instructions.

    In this reason, the meesho was not approved my return request. If you not updated the status, meesho will not approved return request.

      Sir/mam I had ordered a product from meesho and it would have to deliver by your company shadowfax. But your delivery parter don't give the product. Your partner called me 2 times and told me to take the order (where I mention the address). But whenever I reach that location, I didn't find your delivery partner. And after 5-6 min I received the message that your order was on hold due to customer wants open delivery. But I never said that to your delivery partner to put my order on hold.
      Please solve this problem and deliver my order as soon as possible.

        For days now someone at Shadowfax has been canceling my order delivery without asking me and it has been a week since I've gotten my order. And I don't have a number I can call to discuss this. Please fix this.
        It got out for delivery a week ago then it got canceled automatically saying I canceled it, no one ever called me even after writing to support so many times it's been over a week I'm going through this torture and my order keeps getting canceled automatically.

          This is to bring to your notice that a FRAUD COMMITTED against us on 17 Jan 2022 at the time of our Meesho delivery by the delivery person.

            I order a product in meeshow for cash on delivery and I got a tracking id from from shadowfax because iam not available in home I did online payment to shadow fax (attached proof) but after that I didnt got product it got cancel and I didn't get refunt also from pas 1 month I reaching their customer support and iam sending lot of mails no one is not responding properly its been one month please kindly to need full

                  Worst app, as I am reading others reviews and same happened with me, I ordered from Nykaa, which was in return, After 1 week I got a call for pickup on Sunday around 8:pm at office address, when I asked him to come on week days, delivery boy replied I will cancel your pickup, and same has been done by shadow fax team...guys never and never try such a pathetic company and specially entrepreneurs don't spoil your business by making them your partner. Pathetic,

                      I ordered an item in Meesho and amount paid through the UPI which is sent by shadowfax. But the delivery agent told amount not paid and denied to deliver the item. Now the order got cancelled. So need the refund.

                                  I ordered a medicine from Apollo pharmacy and it is prepaid order. They assigned a delivery boy name Jeyveer Singh contact no. [protected]. He called me and he didn't find my address I said that you are at wrong address my correct address is already mentioned on Apollo application. Then he said main nahi aa raha hu aapke address par. I said ki I'll raise a complaint against you then he said haan kar lo Jo karna hai na main aa raha and na refund aayega main delivered marked kar dunga.

                                  If, I'll not get my product or refund I'll make sure I'll take a strong action against you guys.
