    Hello shadowfax team i'am reseller in meesho app so my customer delivery is failed without any reason (TRACKING ID: SF[protected]FPL) there is no call receive from a delivery boy, So the delivery failed reason is totally wrong and this is the 4th - 5th time that i was suffering from this problem, all the time the delivery was failed why?? And without reason, i mean how could be your team are so irresponsible? This is so disappointing.br...

      I ordered from mc donald app...at tbe time of delivery of the parcel I received a msg that it has been delivered...but didn't received...called the delivery boy ...he said just coming in 5 mins...then hos phone was not reachable...disgusting...

        On 16th jan 22 i hv rcvd from two 2 sarees on one pkt on the sm day i hv returned those products also bt i got my refund of one product . Nxt day i.e on 17th jan 22 sm delivery boy came for pick the sm product which i hv already given on 16 th of jan. Bt on messho app its showing ur request is rejected. I contact with ccare of messho they are saying tht delivery boy may be didn't update properly so we r unble to slv ur problem u contact with shadowfax. I want to talk with the delivery boy about tht product & return my money. Tht delivery boy didn't give me any pickup slip also there is no msg of pickup. Plz help

          The delivery boy is very arrogant. gives stupid reasons for failed picked. I have return order pickup up in same day from other executive, but shadow fax executive and their services are pathetic.

              SF203372036443FPL this is my order number.i got a product from meesho.i paid it through Google pay.they said it failed.so, I paid it through physical money.but my digital transaction has been done and I got a msg from bank my money is debited.so, it was double payment for single product.kindly revert my digital transaction

                I ordered an item in Meesho and amount paid through the UPI which is sent by shadowfax. But the delivery agent told amount not paid and denied to deliver the item. Now the order got cancelled. So need the refund.

                        Not Refunding my Money

                        I was supposed to get a product via shadowfax which i had ordered on meesho. on the delivery day i received a sms saying pay through this link for cashless delivery. I payed via the link for which i have All details. And after few hours i recieved a sms saying that your order couldn't be delivered as delivery area is not serviceable....

                        A delivery boy of Shadowfax Who had delivered my order after the parcel that i received the delivery boy fraudster had submitted that I had cancel the order, how can it possible when I have already received the parcel, How can it possible when I have already the invoice and product, When I'm checking the website where I had ordered it showing cancel and the margin which will had to credited after the delivery... after this I went to the shadowfax company where the owner of Shadowfax didn't gave any response to my complain...so please do something as soon as possible the margin money I want back...                               My tracking id SF[protected]FPL has not been delivered yet...it's been more than 20 days now...It's only showing out for delivery and then it is showing we could not attempt delivery and keep on rescheduling the date...it has happened atleast 7 times now...I am literally fed up now...please help me out please

                                Some of my parcels (R[protected]fpl, r[protected]fpl) were supposed to pickup by shadowfax courier but every time it gets on hold even though i don't get any call also they ask money for pickups. I am warning you for the last time, if my order is not picked up by tomorrow, then i will take action against you in court.. It's has been 3 days from date of pickup but still my pickups not done i have asked for help in everyway but i couldn't get any satisfaction response... From your side... I am very disappointed to get such experience from shadowfax... Please let me know within day when my return order pickup looking forward from hearing you...
