I order a product in meeshow for cash on delivery and I got a tracking id from from shadowfax because iam not available in home I did online payment to shadow fax (attached proof) but after that I didnt got product it got cancel and I didn't get refunt also from pas 1 month I reaching their customer support and iam sending lot of mails no one is not responding properly its been one month please kindly to need full

Worst app, as I am reading others reviews and same happened with me, I ordered from Nykaa, which was in return, After 1 week I got a call for pickup on Sunday around 8:pm at office address, when I asked him to come on week days, delivery boy replied I will cancel your pickup, and same has been done by shadow fax team...guys never and never try such a pathetic company and specially entrepreneurs don't spoil your business by making them your partner. Pathetic,

My order cancelled by delivery boy he ask to office I want a open delivery.he delivery boy a layer.and my payment received from delivery boy and not to be a refund

I ordered an item in Meesho and amount paid through the UPI which is sent by shadowfax. But the delivery agent told amount not paid and denied to deliver the item. Now the order got cancelled. So need the refund.

I have purchased a maroon kurti set for 638 rupees.On 25th Jan it was delivered.first I tried to pay through Google pay it declined.so, I paid cash.After sometime money is debited in my account through Google pay.Because of this I paid 2 times for one product.kindly help me.i have attached Google pay bill and my order id images.

I want to know why my product delayed . My product received by shadowfax on 2 February at delhi and today is 7 February until my product is at delhi . My humble request to shadowfax please send my product to me as soon as possible.

U r delivery agent has cheated on me by not delivering the product from mesho whose amount was already paid and has recorded it as product delivered.

I'm not canceled my return order . but your agent do feck attempt .they are sending mi only OTP but not come for taken my parcel and no calling me on my number. that happened last 6 days and today also that do again.

I ordered a medicine from Apollo pharmacy and it is prepaid order. They assigned a delivery boy name Jeyveer Singh contact no. [protected]. He called me and he didn't find my address I said that you are at wrong address my correct address is already mentioned on Apollo application. Then he said main nahi aa raha hu aapke address par. I said ki I'll raise a complaint against you then he said haan kar lo Jo karna hai na main aa raha and na refund aayega main delivered marked kar dunga.

If, I'll not get my product or refund I'll make sure I'll take a strong action against you guys.

There is refund of my order. And shadowfax delievery boy haf picked up my product and told message will be in your phone.and its been 1 week there is no msg and no reply from shadowfax. And i cant get my money because of that.

That product want to return but the delivery executive call me and take the address but denied to doorstep pickup it repets 2times they call me but not came to pickup, alredy 7 days passed away, when they collect back and also the executive submit wrong status in shadfox that "Pick up is put ON HOLD ".they never came to pickup how customer satisfy with your services?how they trust deshthlon app?

Hi, my product AWB R[protected]AJI was picked up but was not updated in the app. I don't know what the delivery guy has done with the product. The Ajio people are saying they have no update. I also have the cctv footage of the same regarding the pick up. I want my product back or atleast send it to the Ajio team. Please get it resolved.

Nobody came to deliver my parcel and it got automatically cancelled.
Tell me the problem... give me contact number of your delivery person who is illegally cancelling my order.
I want my parcel at my doorstep as soon as possible.
Please look into this matter fast.

My parcel has been returned from Meesho( SF[protected]FPL) by shadow fax without informing me.O want that parcel urgently.If its still in Kapurthala, kindly deliver it to me or call me on [protected].
