I'm not canceled my return order . but your agent do feck attempt .they are sending mi only OTP but not come for taken my parcel and no calling me on my number. that happened last 6 days and today also that do again.

    सर मेरी कंप्लेंट यह है कि दिनांक 26 जनवरी 2022 को मैंने रिटर्न के लिए रिक्वेस्ट डाली और 29 जनवरी 2022 को 3:00 बजे डिलीवरी ब्वॉय पिकअप के लिए आया उसने उसने प्रोडक्ट ले लिया और क्या शाम तक पिकअप हो जाएगा ऐसा बोला परंतु उसने पिकअप कंफर्म नहीं किया और पिकअप रिजेक्ट को कर दिया मैंने उसने संपर्क करने की बहुत कोशिश की पर उसने मेरा कॉल नहीं उठाया और मेरा नंबर ब्लैक लिस्ट में डाल दिया अतः आपसे निवेदन है इसकी जांच करवाएं जहां से पिक अप हुआ वहां के के कैमरे चेक करवाएं और मेरा पिक मेरा पिकअप कंफर्म करें या मेरा रिफंड मुझे प्रदान करें और डिलीवरी ब्वॉय से संपर्क करें और इसकी जांच करें या फिर मुझे मेरा प्रोडक्ट वापस प्रदान करने का कष्ट करवाएं आज 6 दिन हो गए पर अभी तक कंफर्म नहीं हुआ और ना ही लोकेशन पर मेरे को नहीं डिलीवरी ब्वॉय का पता मिला अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरी प्रॉब्लम का जल्द से जल्द सलूशन करें और कैसे धोखाधड़ी वाले डिलीवरी ब्वॉय का पता करें मुझे मेरा रिपोर्ट प्रदान करें अनीता मुझे इस इश्यू के रिलेटेड एफ आई आर दर्ज करनी पड़ेगी

      I ordered a medicine from Apollo pharmacy and it is prepaid order. They assigned a delivery boy name Jeyveer Singh contact no. [protected]. He called me and he didn't find my address I said that you are at wrong address my correct address is already mentioned on Apollo application. Then he said main nahi aa raha hu aapke address par. I said ki I'll raise a complaint against you then he said haan kar lo Jo karna hai na main aa raha and na refund aayega main delivered marked kar dunga.

      If, I'll not get my product or refund I'll make sure I'll take a strong action against you guys.

              Hi, my product AWB R[protected]AJI was picked up but was not updated in the app. I don't know what the delivery guy has done with the product. The Ajio people are saying they have no update. I also have the cctv footage of the same regarding the pick up. I want my product back or atleast send it to the Ajio team. Please get it resolved.

                  Nobody came to deliver my parcel and it got automatically cancelled.
                  Tell me the problem... give me contact number of your delivery person who is illegally cancelling my order.

                          Hello,
                          I am writing on behalf of order number AWB R[protected]MY. This pick order was supposed to be picked on 31st January. The delivery partner called and advised there is no delivery person coming on 13st Jan to pincode-573128 and he would like to re rescheduled the delivery for 2nd Feb. I agreed and shared him the OTP to reschedule to pick up.
                          On 2nd feb they called me again and told the delivery pick was rescheduled incorrectly with wrong adress and they want to reschedule again to 3rd of Feb. I agreed and shared the OTP again to reschedule the pickup. But when i received the message it was reschedule to 5th Feb instead of 2nd Feb.
                          When i called and asked why did they lie that they will pick the order on 3rd instead of 5th, they said they dont have proper service to that location.

                          THis is bad and worst management from shadofax team. first of all they so uneducated and dont know how to manage the order by giving correct address and pincode. on top of that they will give fake promises to reschedule the delivery and ask us to share the OTP.

                          List of complaints:
                          1. If you dont have service to that location why have you partnered saying you will provide service?
                          2. your staff dont know how to add proper address with pincode.
                          3. improper response: They refused to pick the call when i called them back to address the issue.

                          I hope this issue will be resolved soon and my order will be picked up ASAP.

                                Hello shadowfax team i'am reseller in meesho app so my customer delivery is failed without any reason (TRACKING ID: SF[protected]FPL) there is no call receive from a delivery boy, So the delivery failed reason is totally wrong and this is the 4th - 5th time that i was suffering from this problem, all the time the delivery was failed why?? And without reason, i mean how could be your team are so irresponsible? This is so disappointing.br...

                                  I ordered from mc donald app...at tbe time of delivery of the parcel I received a msg that it has been delivered...but didn't received...called the delivery boy ...he said just coming in 5 mins...then hos phone was not reachable...disgusting...

                                    On 16th jan 22 i hv rcvd from two 2 sarees on one pkt on the sm day i hv returned those products also bt i got my refund of one product . Nxt day i.e on 17th jan 22 sm delivery boy came for pick the sm product which i hv already given on 16 th of jan. Bt on messho app its showing ur request is rejected. I contact with ccare of messho they are saying tht delivery boy may be didn't update properly so we r unble to slv ur problem u contact with shadowfax.
