I am a shadowfax delivery partner . Due to certain health issues i couldnt able to work for almost 2 months and my ID got decativated without any notice .. pls help me tl resolve this issue

    My tracking id SF[protected]FPL has not been delivered yet...it's been more than 20 days now...It's only showing out for delivery and then it is showing we could not attempt delivery and keep on rescheduling the date...it has happened atleast 7 times now...I am literally fed up now...please help me out please

      Some of my parcels (R[protected]fpl, r[protected]fpl) were supposed to pickup by shadowfax courier but every time it gets on hold even though i don't get any call also they ask money for pickups. I am warning you for the last time, if my order is not picked up by tomorrow, then i will take action against you in court.. It's has been 3 days from date of pickup but still my pickups not done i have asked for help in everyway but i couldn't get any satisfaction response... From your side... I am very disappointed to get such experience from shadowfax... Please let me know within day when my return order pickup looking forward from hearing you...

          My order was placed on 12th Jan, it was supposed to be delivered on 17th Jan, q but its keep getting delayed each day for 9 consecutive days. I stay in Hyd and the parcel is also in Hyd but for delivering only one item I don't know why its taking so much time.

              I have ordered hangers from meesho and delivery partner was shadowfax.. courier person called me at n8 9 and said he will come but he didn't came and the order status sent as delivered. It's a prepaid order and I didn't receive it.

                              I have ordered the product from mesho which was prepaid, it is marked as product delivered on 13/12/21 but i did not get any parcel and not even the call from delivery executive and it is marked as delivered, i have complainted more than 3 times before but did not get any response, plz sort the issue ASSP.

                                      Item was different but they took return. How is it possible and when we checked with delivery centre they are blaming us that you have given wrong product and they also informed us that they have sent the item.

                                      Please resolve as soon as possible because the item is very costly compare to the correct item. I hope you will resolve it as early as possible.

                                        I had ordered a Mi Box 4k Black from Mi App. OID: [protected] which was dispatched through Shadowfax courtier service. I ordered on 16th Jan, 2022, Sunday. It was supposed to arrive on Tuesday 18th Jan, 2022. But I received a message from Shadowfax that my product is delivered with AWB : SF[protected]XIA. I received a message that an OTP will be asked then only I can receive my delivery, but where is my order. My order was prepaid. Why am I not receiving my order. Shadowfax did not provide the contact number of the delivery boy also. Shadowfax is creating a bad image in market on its own by giving this pathetic service. I would never recommend anyone to Shadowfax. I want my order ASAP. Call me on this number [protected]. I've tried reaching your customer care to speak with the executive but the IVR says I'll get a call back within an hour but I never recieved a call. I want my product delivered to me ASAP. I've mentioned accurate address in account. Even a fool can read and follow it.
