We booked order in meesho.for that order return pickup they arranged through shadowfax courier.
Shadowfax courier Awb number:R[protected]FPL.wrong status updated in tracking portal by them.
return parcel pickup over already on 6th January 2022 only.
Customer got call from courier service from this number [protected] on 6th.and they taken away the dress but not updated in app nor sent pickup over message to customer still and now they are not replying.
But now no one is receiving calls.
And now updated wrong status like customer not contactable, QC failed and all.
Where in real customer talked to them that day and return pickup over successfully.

Your delivery boy did misbehave with me

Sir my one item was out for pickup yesterday and was picked up but courier pick up exe cutive picked up another extra item also of flipkart..I want return of extra item picked up but unable to contact delivery boy.Items where of flipkart.Contact no which contacted me[protected] of shadowfax and this message had come on my mobile ..

My order awb SF[protected]HO and SF[protected]HO cancelled without my concern. I was not available when they called my number. My order cancelled. I have been try reaching them for 2 days but couldn't.i need my packages today. It's a emergency

Your delivery partner did misbehave with me

My myntra pickup (R[protected]MY) which scheduled on 13/01/2022 was delayed, it was updated that "the pickup couldn't be attempted by them". The pickup status is rescheduled, they've not given the actual date of pickup. I had tried contacting the delivery agent several times but his cell is switched off. The order was given by myntra to them last sunday, the product is only having a 30 day return policy. I recieved it with no tags in it and I've contacted myntra regarding this issue and the price tag issue has been resolved by them (as in the screenshot attached below), don't know if the delivery executive will accept the package. They're not even trying to contact me regarding the pickup, please do the needful.

The fraud company first of alll did not provide any text message for the return pick up and after cancellation of return pickup they took the parcel and now not refunding me my money back ₹776 and also showing wrong updates on tracking site and not even having a customer care ajent to solve or look in to our matters

I had order 2 items in meesho and paid online through your online payment link and I had attended the transaction ID below but now the delivery partner has cancelled the order without contacting me. So I need refund immediately.

Maine mera order jiska order no hai [protected] ye order maine shadow fax ko return kar diya hai 10th jan ko aur mujhe meesho se msg aaya hai ke aapka return cancel ho gaya hai ... Aur return karke 4 din ho gaye hai ... Mujhe mera refund nahi aaya abhi tak ... Kyonki aapke delivery boy ne nahi bheja hai mere pass confirmation otp aaya hai jab maine return kiya product ... I had ordered a product from Myntra and had requested for the return of the same item so there are three items for the return the same delivery guy from shadowfax has come to pick up my order but it while checking the product hi open the product and then said that no it cannot be returned and give it to me back for the first return he came over and took the product away and I did not receive any message regarding the pick-up

I've Ordered a product from Meesho on 31st December 2021 (of which shadowfax is delivery agent), and the delivery was expected on 06th January 2022 But it is getting delayed everyday. I'm receiving delivery code messages daily and at end of day they rescheduled that delivery to next day. This is happening from 6th January 2022 and still I didn't received my product. I also tried to contact to shadowfax, at first I talked with the delivery boy on 12th January 2022 and he told me I'll receive my product on same day that is 12th January 2022 by 4.00 PM, then too I didn't received my product, They again rescheduled my delivery, and now I'm trying to contact them, they are not answering my calls. Worst service experienced by this company.

I placed an order on your show I put a return I did not like It was given by a delivery boy who came and spoke incorrectly I reported that the item I ordered was damaged but it was my money so you have to take action against him he has the number is mine

Hello, AJIO people are saying the product has not reached there warehouse can you get me the complete tracking details and delivery confirmation. My money is on hold and refund has been pending since 14th December when you picked the product. Please requesting you get me the details, someone called from Shadowfax they are sending me the details but no one has given me anything till now. Please try to understand.

My Last 2Payouts can't be credited. I can raise an Issue in App., Inform to My Manager But there is no use.

I got a delivery from appolo pharmacy.. I took the order and went for delivering.. While I reached customers location, customer didn't took the phone for long time... So I click the option not delivered and returned to the same appolo pharmacy.. Now from my earnings that amount is deducted.. Also one customer canceled food.. That money also deducted from my earnings.. Total more than 1000 has been deducted.
