Hello, AJIO people are saying the product has not reached there warehouse can you get me the complete tracking details and delivery confirmation. My money is on hold and refund has been pending since 14th December when you picked the product. Please requesting you get me the details, someone called from Shadowfax they are sending me the details but no one has given me anything till now. Please try to understand.
