Booed and an order in meesho and Order id #[protected].
They arranged return pick up through shadowfax courier.Awb number:R[protected]FPL.
pickup over yesterday(6th February) around 2.30pm but still in app not updated pickupover.but yesterday they updated cannot contact customer and rescheduled Pick up today and today showing out for pickup today but in real yesterday itself they collected pickup parcel and updating wrong status. But yesterday customer received their call from([protected]) and parcel handover to courier boy also over.
Please solve problem with shadowfax by updating correct status and arrange refund soon.we tried shadowfax number([protected]) from which we received call yesterday to keep parcel ready for pickup and parcel got picked up but now they are not receiving call.
Called shadowfax customer care number and written to support mail but no Reply nor change in status.

RETURN.
Please update the correct status 🙏.
They have already collected parcel on 6th January 2022 and now updating all wrong status.
Please Shadowfax please check and update correctly and solve the problem.

    My product was picked up on 14th December, enclosing the acknowledgement receipt and photo of the individual who picked up. My refund has not been initiated by AJIO people till date as they confirm that Shadowfax people have not returned my product to AJIO warehouse. Can someone tell me what is going on as my money is stuck and I am being harassed since 50 days which is since 19th November. First Shadowfax people took 28 days to pick up and now AJIO people have taken 22 days and not refunded my money. I regret ordering from AJIO and using Shadowfax for delivery and return. Please refund my money.

      My product was picked up but I didn't receive any confirmation message so I still didn't get my refund. Meesho care asked me to repeatedly show a pickup slip else I won't get the refund.
      Here I attach the mail I received from their side.

      We apologize for the delay in response.

      We apologize for the inconvenience faced by you. We understand your concern regarding the pickup of your order. We would like to inform you that as per confirmation from the concerned team we found that the pickup is not done. We kindly request you to cooperate with us.

      If in case the product is picked up kindly get back to us with the pickup slip by contacting the courier partner so that we will verify and update you on the same.

      Please note that without a pickup slip/ screenshot of the pickup successful acknowledgment SMS, we are unable to validate it from 3pl. Please make sure to collect the pickup slip & hand over the product as per the AWB number in the future."#

      So I please ask for a pick up slip so that I can get a refund. Your help is highly appreciated.

        I ordered a product in Meesho on 25.12.21. Received a message from Shadowffax(SF[protected]FPL) that product will be delivered on 03.01.21 and received 4 digit PIN also. Waited for delivery but no one came till now. Status is shown as Shipment delivered from CHN_Velachery DC on 03.01.2021 at 9.38 AM. When complained in portal several times in 2 days, it is just displaying that we will receive a call in one hour. No response while contacting through Phone/IVR also.

          I had ordered a dress from meesho Order no is [protected] which is a prepaid order and had received the product, but due to size issue I had requested for an exchange and the product was picked up for exchange and the exchange product was supposed to be received on 4/1/2022. I received a message from shadowfax that the product is out for delivery and after some time I received a message saying the product is delivered but I didn't recieve any call from the courier service person AWB no is SF[protected]FPL. Kindly request you to resolve this issue either deliver the dress or refund the amount paid.

                    I am a new seller from messo and my name is Rohit chauhan and my shop name is Discount store.
                    I have sell a printer cost 17200 rupees on messo to a customer with awb no [protected] through xpressbees but customer choose to return my electronic item. So the question arises that none of any other company have return option on electronic item but messo have.
                    But the main problem arises when he return the order through shadowfax with awb no. R[protected]FLP and I was waiting for my order but one day when I checked my order with awb no then I was shocked to see that the order was already delivered but I didn't got my order.
                    Sir, it was 1st and very costly order which I haved delivered and I swear sir I didn't recieve the order and when I told my father he become very angry and everyday he is warning me. I went to nearby shadowfax office with that awb no but nothing shown there and messo customer care is not responding for that.
                    Please sir, help me. Anyone from the office has stolen it and without delivering the order, he marked it as delivered. I have some proof which I am attaching with this email, please have a look.

                    Sir, I literally don't know where is my product right now. Please sir/ ma'am please case a file or whatever you want to do, do it. But please please please I am requesting you to return my order. I am fell down in a very bad situation . It is very hard for me to tell my father that I lost 17200 rupees. My decision was wrong to become a good seller in such a bad world where people steal other precious things. I always keep thinking about this 17200 rupees. Please sir please help me, my problem is not still solved and I am new here. I will never do this again.                                     I ordered goods worth Rs 1625 on the fashion portal Limeroad.com on 14th Dec.2021, the goods were by mistake ordered giving our old address: J-15, Lajpat Nagar III, New Delhi 110024
                                    The rider named Deepak not finding me at the above mentioned address asked me to transfer Rs. 1625 into the Paytm account of one Mr. Manish / Deepak Prasad Jaiswal and promised me to deliver the goods at my new address at Gurgaon.
                                    I transferred the money accordingly on 16th Dec. 21 but till today I have neither received the goods nor the money. Please help...
