I had a return pickup initiated for my peter England order from shadow fax.
Order no.[protected].
The executive had picked up the order successfully, but i got a text saying my item had failed quality check, when instead evrything was fine and return was done successfully.
He insisted that evrything is fine, and gave me his number if anything happens.
I told the deliver guy about the sms and asking why is it showing as failed, to which he replied he is new and will sort the issue after he reaches the center afterwards.
I am waiting on a resolution, as i have got multiple texts from peter england and even shadow fax showing me my return was not picked up.
Please solve the issue, my return item is with the delivery guy, and was picked up successfully.
