    Courier Man didn't come to pickup the product from home and called me somewhere else and when I went there he rejected my product, that I notice. I genuinely asked for a reason. He replied in unbearable abusive language and also started pushing and forcing to fight.

      The delivery person refused to pick up my product claiming I am returning used product. The fact that I had to return is the same that I received that damaged used product from the seller itself. That is not how you fraud people. I talked with the customer service and reinstated the return but the courier person rejected my return request by ditching. My return period also will be over soon. I want my refund. This I literally not how you fraud people. Literally unbelievable.

          Hiii i am vinod we have ordered a product from mesho app and it was still in process and i got a call from shadowfax but i was not able to take the calls i was in office and i tried calling that number but it's not getting connected and today i am seeing that the order has been delivered on 24/12/2021 but i checked with my family but they said they didn't received any thing plz check with ur shadow fax team and trace the number i got the call from this number [protected] and take this as high priority and deliver the item asap .i am hoping for the positive response asap

              In meesho i ordered a product which is prepaid and the delivery date is 19.12.21
              But still the product is not delivered by you I received a call from your delivery executive on 18.12.21 i attend the cal but he hang my cal again I call him he rejecting my call after some time I received a message that my delivery is rescheduled to 23.12.21. today also the same person called 24.12.21 call from same no.[protected] again he is doing the same. This is my second complaint. first complaint on 18.12.21 your executive said i will receive my product within two days.but still not received. If the problem continues again i will complaint to consumer court. Kindly take necessary action ASAP. Take disciplinary action against the delivery executive.this kind of things make loss faith in your company.

                I have raised a return request with Meesho . For my return pickup courier assigned is Shadowfax.But your courier boy denied to pickup my return.as he ask me to send the return at their hub. Why i go there for swnding my return.it is your responsibility to pickup return from customer'address. MY RETURN TRACKING ID IS :- R[protected]FPL.your courier boy canceled my return as i didn't send my return at their hub.

                  I would like to return 2 products which I ordered through the official website of forever 21.

                  The delivery agents of shadowfax called yesterday after waiting for the long 12 days and told that the need extra money to pick up the order from my home. I agreed for that because I was very much frustrated and I want to give away the products so that I can get my money back.

                  Unfortunately due to some emergency I was not home in the evening yesterday( waiting for them since morning no one came till evening and for the past 12 or 13 days). So I let them know that I won't be available. And asked for the pick up today. And I am pausing all the engagements and sitting home and waiting for them to pick it up.

                  And today I am not able to contact them.

                  They are testing my patient level. I am so fed up with shadowfax delivery service. The same kind of issues happened with this courier service before also. Very bad service including the customer service. Not able to contact them now.

                  I urgently need to return the package as soon as possible. Otherwise I won't get the refund from the olus website.

                  Hope the Problem get solved as soon as possible

                        The sizzling deals payout on 22/12/2021 was rs 55 including incentives, but I only recieved 35rs per order which sums up to be 525rs for 15 orders.                           Hi my order number[protected] was picked up yesterday.
                          However after sometime i got a msg from shadow fax that the pickup has failed due to quality check fail.

                          I told this to the delivery executive, and he told that the pickup is successful and so dont worry about it.

                          Then i got another msg from madura peter England that my pickup has failed.

                          The package is in good condition with tags intact. So there is no question of qc fail. Also otp was mentioned correctly by me.

                          Please update me on this asap, because my package is with shadow fax, and i Haven't got a refund on my product from peter England madura, because its showing the return has failed at doorstep, but item is with shadow fax.

                          I emailed at this address [email protected] A ticket was generated. On the 26th i received a call from shadow fax from the number +918048130623 . First my package was returned to me on the 27th. And then pickup was arranged, and this time the pickup was successful, and my refund from peter england was initiated.

                              I ordered a product in Meesho to the tune of Rs.1000/-. Since there was no one to receive the product, it was taken back by the delivery person from Shadowfax. When contacted, he said he would deliver the next day. However, it was not delivered. There was no response on the number also. Request you to take suitable action so that the product is delivered immediately

                                I had a return pickup initiated for my peter England order from shadow fax.
                                Order no.[protected].

                                The executive had picked up the order successfully, but i got a text saying my item had failed quality check, when instead evrything was fine and return was done successfully.

                                He insisted that evrything is fine, and gave me his number if anything happens.

                                I told the deliver guy about the sms and asking why is it showing as failed, to which he replied he is new and will sort the issue after he reaches the center afterwards.
                                I am waiting on a resolution, as i have got multiple texts from peter england and even shadow fax showing me my return was not picked up.

                                Please solve the issue, my return item is with the delivery guy, and was picked up successfully.

                                      A prepaid order from Meesho (order #[protected]) was shipped through shadowfax (tracking ID: SF[protected]FPL) and it was falsely updated as delivered on 24th November whereas I was not even contacted to attempt delivery. And already paid amount also, If he updated it as cancelled order then also I could get at least a refund. I am contacting Meesho again and again as well as writing complaint message and mail to shadowfax. Now I am helpless; neither I got the product nor the money. Please help asap!🙏🏻😭
