    I ordered a product in Meesho to the tune of Rs.1000/-. Since there was no one to receive the product, it was taken back by the delivery person from Shadowfax. When contacted, he said he would deliver the next day. However, it was not delivered. There was no response on the number also. Request you to take suitable action so that the product is delivered immediately

    Happy to inform that I recd the parcel today. Thank you
    I ordered a pretty fashion shirt worth 310/- after it reached hyd masabtank as per tracking then on 19th jan delivery person call came at night 11 pm that he is unable to deliver the night so he will deliver it the next day but he didnot came nd delivery shows as product has been delivered.i got cheated by delivery guy.kindly look into my product details.

      I had a return pickup initiated for my peter England order from shadow fax.
      Order no.[protected].

      The executive had picked up the order successfully, but i got a text saying my item had failed quality check, when instead evrything was fine and return was done successfully.

      He insisted that evrything is fine, and gave me his number if anything happens.

      I told the deliver guy about the sms and asking why is it showing as failed, to which he replied he is new and will sort the issue after he reaches the center afterwards.
      I am waiting on a resolution, as i have got multiple texts from peter england and even shadow fax showing me my return was not picked up.

      Please solve the issue, my return item is with the delivery guy, and was picked up successfully.

            A prepaid order from Meesho (order #[protected]) was shipped through shadowfax (tracking ID: SF[protected]FPL) and it was falsely updated as delivered on 24th November whereas I was not even contacted to attempt delivery. And already paid amount also, If he updated it as cancelled order then also I could get at least a refund. I am contacting Meesho again and again as well as writing complaint message and mail to shadowfax. Now I am helpless; neither I got the product nor the money. Please help asap!🙏🏻😭

              Hi
              I had a pickup scheduled for 29th Nov and I asked the person to collect it either before 10AM or after 6 PM but he denied to do so. Then I asked him to reschedule it for Saturday. And he agreed but no pickup attempted after that and it is cancelled without informing me. I even talked to a sales executive girl and she guaranteed to reschedule the pickup and get it done ASAP but again nothing. Am trying to contact shadowfax from last 20 days but no response.
              Help me with this.

                Nagamalliswari K, Shadowfax Tracking ID: SF[protected]FPL. An delivery scheduled on 20th December from Meesho by your shadowfax delivery executive. By the time he reached my location I'm not able to answer his call. Later I phoned him he told me that he is coming on same day evening but he couldn't make it. He updated the status as DELIVERED. Next day December 21st We are trying to reach his number but this time call was answered by some computer generated voice and asking for registered mobile number and pin. Several time I've tried with given details eventually its saying wrong credentials. Could you please look after with given details for my product delivery. I hope will receive a favorable response. THANK YOU.

                    I am complaining for the delivery of the product. I've ordered four items from snapdeal and i received only two. But after the delivery of two items i received a message that all the four items were delivered but I haven't received it. The delivery time was Dec 16 11.55 a.m. This was a prepaid delivery. Now I'm not getting either or missing items. Please do the needful.

                              Hello,

                              Today is the 4th day, and again on app it is showing tomorrow's delivery date.
                              This is 2nd time delivery date has been changed. Which is too late.. Now I don't need this order.

                              Kindly cancel my order, even if I get the order later . I will return it. So requesting now itself cancel my order.

                                      The courier partner canceled my return in front me and he asked me to create other return. After that he assured me that I ll get my refund after his returning request.but after 4-5 days I didn't get any refund amount in my bank account not I received my product.plz take a strict action against wishmaster.
