A prepaid order from Meesho (order #[protected]) was shipped through shadowfax (tracking ID: SF[protected]FPL) and it was falsely updated as delivered on 24th November whereas I was not even contacted to attempt delivery. If he updated it as cancelled order then also I could get at least a refund. I am contacting Meesho again and again as well as writing complaint message and mail to shadowfax. Now I am helpless; neither I got the product nor the money. Please help asap!🙏🏻😭

Complaint marked as Resolved Got a mail from customercomplaints.in saying that the message was forwarded to shadowfax and then the nearest shadowfax center did the rest and it is solved finally. Thank you customercomplaints.in, it got solved within less than 24 hrs than I reached you!
