Shadow fax delivery partner id not picking up the call we tried so much time and he used to switch of the phone again i contact him next day mroning after hearing my sound he cut down the call .. why shadowfax delivery partners is so irresponsible . after resquesting 4 times to snapdeal they allow to pickup the product now shadowfax is being irresponsible . delivery parnter Dixon [protected]

    This very sad that even after continuous follow up ur customers care service not even try to contact to customer whether ur issue is resolved or not still delivery boy not deliver the product. He purposely not deliver product today. [protected] I get the call from this number he said I am not getting ur address and talk arrogantly I immediately raise this issue to hopscotch and shadowbox customer care center, Immediately I get call from hopscotch but till this time I will not get a single call from ur customer care service center. Very very pathetic and unprofessional job is done by your company. I will never used this company service for sure and I m forwarding this complaint mail to hopscotch not to use shadowbox courier service.

      I uploaded the PAN card in Shadow Fox but it was rejected saying there was no signature. I applied for a new PAN card and took the PAN card with the signature. I signature PAN card re uploaded registration rejected...

          A prepaid order from Meesho (order #[protected]) was shipped through shadowfax (tracking ID: SF[protected]FPL) and it was falsely updated as delivered on 24th November whereas I was not even contacted to attempt delivery. If he updated it as cancelled order then also I could get at least a refund. I am contacting Meesho again and again as well as writing complaint message and mail to shadowfax. Now I am helpless; neither I got the product nor the money. Please help asap!🙏🏻😭

          Got a mail from customercomplaints.in saying that the message was forwarded to shadowfax and then the nearest shadowfax center did the rest and it is solved finally. Thank you customercomplaints.in, it got solved within less than 24 hrs than I reached you!

                        Hi Sir,

                        I a Nagaraj from MOORTHY cell point, Tiruvannamalai, my Paytm EDC machine surrender to company and sent via shadowfax, on 1 st June 2021. But ti time the parcel bot delivered to paytm, pls check the status.,

                        paytm company said we didn't received your device, once again check with courier office.,

                        local shadowbox person told, we sent the parcel to paytm. Tiruvannamalai shadowfax persons not response my complaints.

                        Almost 5 months gone,

                        Where my Parcel ????

                          I want to inform you that I returned a product purchased from Ajio App via Shadow fax on[protected] having return ID - RT51497789, consisting of Beanie with Faux-Fur, however, I am not able to track the return...the status is only showing as "Picked", but its not yet showing returned??? Its already too long...kindly update when it will reach destination? And whether it has reached destination or not because I haven't received refund from Ajio and there customer service is also unable to track the item..

                          I want to inform you that today I received a call from Ajio that my product have reached their warehouse and refund gas been initiated today...so I am marking my issue as closed...please inform Shadowfax that in future we can track our order in their app. This can help us keep a track on our returned order...thanks

                                My two parcel..tracking no SF[protected]FPL and

                                  I had placed order on Meesho, but due to some issue had to return my product. They assigned shadowfax as my pickup partner. On Saturday morning, a guy came from shadowfax and picked up my product, on the same day evening another guy came and asked for the pickup code and I gave it to him, but still I didn't recieve any msg from the company about the pickup. On Sunday, when I checked the Meesho application, I see that my return has been cancelled. I have given the product from my end, but it has not reached Meesho yet. Pure incident of fraudulent, would request the forum to please to look to it and give a resolution to this issue as soon as possible.

                                    Everytime I order something online I don't understand why do they assigned it to such irresponsible courier service, I used to face such horrible difficulties every through these shadowfax services as they don't deliver the product but they give the confirmation like product already delivered, why such fraudulent and negligent actions
