      Order no.= R[protected]DCN; Order date= 23 Nov. 2021;
      On 24 Nov. delivery executive was out for pickup, at 7:38 pm I received a message that pickup is rescheduled as the customer was not contactable, but the delivery man never called me. On 25 Nov and 26 Nov again, this happened that delivery is rescheduled as the customer was not contactable but the delivery man never called me.
      When I called the delivery man, they are saying due to time constraints they were not able to come, and for rescheduling, they select the option that the customer was not contactable(call rec. atached). But as my pickup was rescheduled 3 times it is now on hold.
      So please help me

        Product not received .shadowfax is very slow at resolving issues . I have sent them dozen of emails and their customer service number doesnot work. They said that their rider lost my parcel from meesho but till date have not received any refund . Worst service and the delivery boy must be a fraud .

        Have sent AWD number 10 times still no refund received somebody calls n says we will look into the matter . Its been a month now you people have choosen ur company's name aptly it suits you all shadow.. Fax. You people literally are a shadow cause you people are fooling people around .
        Shadowfax is looting public. Recruiting frauds have not received money yet

              Dear sir,
              I am Chandrasekhar from vijayawada of Andhrapradesh, I joined in shadowfax on[protected], my shadowfax application activated on the same day, I got a call from customer care executive and explained about the slot booking and all. On that I started work, I completed 6 orders on first day. I completed 50th order on[protected].
              I completed 52 orders in 7 days. But I didn't get joining bonus till now, besides this they deducted Rs 1017/- for onboarding charges.
              I complained to customer care department 4 times, but no action had been taken.
              Please transfer my joining bonus immediately.

                I have to complaint abt the delivery boy his behaviour is sooo sooo arrogant way of talking is sooo vulgar so rude .I cancel my order I called him too picked my refund order he is like mam you cancel your all order cancel this one too

                    I have not received my item which is shown as delivered. I ordered in prepaid and didn’t get it but it was shown as delivered please enquire about it. It’s really very disappointment about shadowfax.

                          Hello team
                          I am a supplier on meesho and my packets are delivered by shadowfax, delivery and ecom logistic partners but I have major issue with delivered product by shadowfax as most of time my product is not there and some other product or wrong product is delivered in return. If we say something to courier boy he again lashes out badly to us and does not entertain any of our questions
                          Please help me as it really a huge loss and it's being running like this from months
                          I have vedio evidences showing all the wrong return I got from shadowfax
                          I just want there should be a cross checking system for return and pickup just like other logistic company

                                  We received a shipment on November 14, around 10:30 AM.
                                  Tried to pay the bill through GooglePay where the transaction showed a delayed processing, while the amount was debited from my bank account. As the transaction didn't reach the delivery agent, I paid it by cash, later when I checked the same transaction, it shows the transaction was successful.
                                  Please refund the debited amount.
                                  I would give more details about the transaction to the official mail ID of ShadowFax, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

                                      I have been waiting for my order to be delivered . I rcvd 1st msg on 8th Nov that the product will be delivered today(screenshot attached). Since on 3rd Nov I checked the status online and it was showing that the parcel is near me and since I don't have the cash handy with me on that day I paid for that order Online thru the link I was getting while tracking the order. Now my order is on hold because the delivery boy who called me today told me that they don't have my payment updated and was asking to pay again in cash.
                                      Since I paid thru Paytm I am attaching the screen shots here.
                                      Y the hell I have to wait for the order now even after I paid the amount and moreover they are asking me to re pay????

                                      Till today I am waiting for the order to be dlvrd Or refund... Nothing is done. Rcvd one call from them... He assured that he will call me back by the evening with a solution... But it's been two days now... Still waiting.
