My peter england t-shirt was supposed to be picked up. (Order No.- R[protected]TDN). It kept on getting rescheduled and no-one called fot pick up. Now I'm shown that it is cancelled after 3 successful atempts. But, they have never called. I issued complaint with help center. It shows that they'll call in 1 hour but, the call never came. No idea what kind of service is this.

    I am supplier on Meesho, and a parcel from customer was coming to me via shadowfax, parcel was taken from customer on 3rd August, at 9 pm on 19th August I got a call from delivery boy and said today will not be able to deliver the packet since it is late night, then he updated the tracking status to Delivered.
    Today is 27th August and till now I have not received my parcel, delivery boy has not cheated with me.

    I want my all costing of that parcel, If I don't get any reply in 2 days then I will file case against shadowfox in court.

      FOR URGENT HELP: Delivery Boy repeatedly not delivering the package with tracking id SF[protected]FPL and wrongly posting the delivery status as cancelled !! This has happened twice on Aug 24 and again on Aug 26 despite reporting the matter of Aug 24. No action has been taken against the Delivery boy and this encourages the Delivery boys to boldly harass customers. Absence of in-person contacts also promotes such harassment. Delivery boy has the number[protected] PIN 8960

      Please can you check immediately, take actions, and help to deliver the package safely and with quality.

            Fake order delivered at my place by shadowfax team

            This is the first time in my life that I, along with my mother, have been dumped by Shadowfax.

            Beware of them! They aren't into legit business. They support fake companies that send orders anonymously, especially by cash on delivery.

            It was my mother who had taken their order in anticipation of me ordering something online.

            She even tried calling me before picking up an order from the delivery...

                Very disappointed by shadowfax. I have ordered a product through Meesho and the delivery was assigned to Shadowfax. The payment was already done through online method. It's been 10 days I haven't received the product but shadowfax is showing status as delivered. I have also raised complaint on Meesho and on shadowfax support but still no response.
                It's high time now it is a case of FRAUD.. how can you take money from us and not delivered the product.
                Kindly deliver the product or return the amount else I will take strict action against you.

                  I stay in kalyan 421301, the person that picks up my parcel is very rude.since i cant disclose the number here, i wont. The person was even rude to the elders at my home for no reason.
                  I'm gonna stop sgipping parcels through shadowfax from now onwards.
                  Shadowfax, action must be taken against this! Or i wont spare the person

                    Hi

                    I didnt order anything but i got one courier (kurti and plazzo) as COD. I was not at home so my family member received the order and paid the amount Rs 850. Later i checked that i also got message and that message was having delivery PIN as well but that was not asked during order delivery.

                    After that i tried to reach Shadowfax customer care but they always say " we will get back to you in 24 hours but even after a week i didnt get any call from shadowfax". Tried delivery boy number mentioend in message. that number is invalid Registered online complaint on shadowfax but didnt get any response. its a scam. I need my money back from shadowfax. Got the message below:

                      I booked the shipment through shiprocket.

                      Intercity destination and it didn't get delivered yet.
                      Worst service..other service partner delivered next day.. improve your service to build the customer trust

                        Shipment despatched thru' Shadowfax from Tamilnadu vide Order SF[protected]SDM dated 3.8.21 for delivery at Pune. The shipment collected by the courier on 3.8.21 and reached Mumbai on 10.08.2021. Since then the same is stuck and remain unmoved. Since shipment contains urgently required Health product the matter was taken up with them almost daily without any effect inspite of the repeated assurance for early delivery by Shadofax.
                        I have also requested them to return it to the sender i[censored]nable to deliver to the consignee as the product has an expiry date. But my repeated request fall on deaf ear of Shadowfax.
                        Don't know how to wake Shadowfax for a positive result, really disappointed.
                        Shadowfax may take action to deliver or return the shipment at the earliest instead of keeping the package with them.

                        i also fed up by shadow fx courier which location is siliguri-734001.
                        a lot of people felt very very bad behaviour from shadowfx siliguri.very very bad courier service in india.

                              SF[protected]FPL this is my tracking id... I still did not recived my parcel... The courier executive dont came at my place to serve... And when I called him. He said I'll come tomorrow... Like this 10 days gone... And now when I called to company thy are saying to pay ₹5 . I dnt know why thy are doing this to me Or every custmer... This is kind of Harresament... Pls look into this. Either no one will chooose to courior thr product with this pathetic service... Worst experience ever...

                                i also seems like u.a return pickup order given to shadowfx by meesho but when rider sometime come and without come refused to pickup that product.i also complain in meesho but they only assure not resolve.may be required block shadow fx courier and their associate member by meesho.very very low service in india.

                                    I have ordered a jeans from Meesho they are delivering that through Shadowfax... Suddenly my order status was keeped on hold they are saying it's because I want open delivery... I waited for 3 to 4 days ... But the status is same then I paid them so that they can continue my order... Next day they the status was running on time... But at the time of delivery the did not contacted me and cancelled my order without my permission... And also not returning my amount... And saying they don't have the money... And they cannot do anything and Shadowfax is also not answering any calls

                                      Long long delay for delivering the product. I[censored] dont need to deliver the products. Then close down your service. Thats better. Worst service.. Because of this courier service, meesho and other online apps rating will go down.
