My order num is [protected], pin 8629, there was a return pick up on 7th August Sat, and i got a call from a delivery person at around late evening when the office was already closed that he has come to pick up . Told him clearly that the office has been closed due to covid norms and requested to please do a repeat pick up on 9th August Monday which he agreed instantly !!!
I was warned by the seller not to give the pin num to the delivery person until he takes the return pick up as this is a regular mal practice by shadowfax courier that they never come for a repeat pickup.
However this guy [would request to please find out who was there on that day for duty] insisted that pin has to be given so that he reschedules my pick up again for Monday. Based on the good faith I did and then he never turned up on Monday.
Repeatedly tried the customer care most of it is automatic and when i gave the pin its says invalid input.
Due to this late pick up now my seller does not want to exchange so i paid a heavy price for your unprofessionalism. Please refund my product charges at the earliest to avoid any further complications in future.
