Hello today was my pickup date and when the delivery man came he told me there are some quality issues but there’s not .He does not have the knowledge of product and he’s unnecessarily creating an issue .I have given him the exact product then also he’s denying to take and when I called him I explained him, he just hanged up my call on my face even i called him twice so what should i do now?...

First I ordered a kurti dress material but they gave me pink color dress material where as I want orange color dress material. In whatsapp the group name AAPKI DUKAN gave me dress material for ₹500 the order delivery man came from shadowfax and gave me the pink color dress material, so I returned the pink color dress material and told the whatsapp man to return it and give the orange one but the delivery boy came and took the pink color...

Shadowfax is a delivery partner for Ajio.
We have raised return pick up for several times. The deliver person does not come to us place but calls up and ask for OPT stating he will pick up the product in 5 mins but he does not pick up. He updates the ticket as closed without picking the product.
Today he called but I could not answer however immediately I called in 2 mins. He answers rudely and says why you didn’t pick now...

This courier company is running a pan-India scam of fake orders.

1. First you will receive an SMS saying your order from will be delivered today. There will be a link to track the shipment.

2. This link will not work and you can't track it on www.shadowfax.in website with any AWB number or anything given in the SMS.

3. Within one hour you will get a phone call asking for directions to your home...

I ordered a gown from nykaafashion. I have initiated the return request for part of my order RET_[protected] on 19th July. As I was unable to return my item on 20th July, pick up was rescheduled on 21st july by Shadowfax delivery service and he took the pin for confirmation but didn't come to the location for pickup on 21st. This order was shipped on 6th July and it was rescheduled on 16th July .customer has rescheduled it due to some reason.They lost the courier person number and they did not get any call on 16th July.. I immediately need the courier delivery person number for this order id.

Two items were returned within a week. One from a hopscotch and one from ajio. The call came in the morning three days ago. He said he would come to pick it up that day but did not come.Then the message was sent as follows.We tried reaching you today for pickup of Faux Fur Chunk.. from AJIO.
