    SF[protected]FPL this is my tracking id... I still did not recived my parcel... The courier executive dont came at my place to serve... And when I called him. He said I'll come tomorrow... Like this 10 days gone... And now when I called to company thy are saying to pay ₹5 . I dnt know why thy are doing this to me Or every custmer... This is kind of Harresament... Pls look into this. Either no one will chooose to courior thr product with this pathetic service... Worst experience ever...

      When your pick up boy came to take the order he behaved so rudely and refused to take it cheap services you and that meesho have
      Shadowfax customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      i also seems like u.a return pickup order given to shadowfx by meesho but when rider sometime come and without come refused to pickup that product.i also complain in meesho but they only assure not resolve.may be required block shadow fx courier and their associate member by meesho.very very low service in india.

          I have ordered a jeans from Meesho they are delivering that through Shadowfax... Suddenly my order status was keeped on hold they are saying it's because I want open delivery... I waited for 3 to 4 days ... But the status is same then I paid them so that they can continue my order... Next day they the status was running on time... But at the time of delivery the did not contacted me and cancelled my order without my permission... And also not returning my amount... And saying they don't have the money... And they cannot do anything and Shadowfax is also not answering any calls

            Long long delay for delivering the product. I[censored] dont need to deliver the products. Then close down your service. Thats better. Worst service.. Because of this courier service, meesho and other online apps rating will go down.

              Shadowfx courier of siliguri which pin code is 734001 is very very bad servicer in india.i bought a product from meesho then product is too dirty then submit for return that product then meesho assign to shadowfx courier for pickup but courier boy come and cheak product and demand like as new photo like shining and without any issue.then a lot of say thhat due to dirty and different color causes i submit return then he rudly answered like a company owner.is courier service is worst in india by this office staff.so plz suspend all this type of staff of shadowfx otherwise after some time shadowfx courier may be closed.

                I had a return request from Ajio where they assigned a delivery guy from shadofax delivery service. When the delivery guy arrived he took another 2 products which were for exchange from that same package and when I asked about it, he said Ajio will send the exchange products after he receives it and then he never returned. Finally when the exchange products came from Ajio I realised the guy from shadowfax delivery was a fraud who took my 2 products and switched off his phone

                    I am very disappointed. The delivery person is very bad. He harras me. I don't want to see that person. I don't know his name. But he know my name and my phone number. He message me in midnight. He called me some nicknames, oneday i ordered some things, I send my brother to picked up the courier. The next delivery the delivery man said please send your brother please you come. I want to talk you. He said. What is this. This is your company manners? Very shame on your delivery person. Don't sent that person again. I don't know his name. But his age is above 45. He delivery in meenambalpuram, madurai. Please take action for this. This may cause some police case. Mind it that delivery person. Kindly send response. I hope you will take action.

                      Which was delievered on 5th Aug 2021
                      Quality of product was too low
                      I initiated return request on same day Return ID-#42627484

                      Pickup was scheduled on 6th Aug 2021
                      I didnt recieve any call or any pickup boy visited on my delievery address today

                      Delivery Address- HDFC Bank LTD VPO Rehana Jattan Domeli Road Phagwara District Kapurthala

                      And on Ajio app status was updated pickup attempted but failed

                      Kindly arrange pickup of the product and Initiate my refund Amount Rs 5307.57/- on priority basis

                      Pickup is showing on hold from shadowfax but I have not received any call for pickup

                      I want my refund plz pickup my order
                      Worst experience I ever had

                        I have ordered 2 sarees from meesho .The delivery boy has given me one and said the total amt to pay.when he went i opened the parcel and it was only one saree.i have complaint on the link from which i got the msg ..That your parcel will be coming today pay 800rs. But no response from customer care.pls see to it.i want my saree or return my money. Its our hard earned money.

As a result ajio refuses to accept the product stating that it's a non ajio product. And the product which we received yesterday was different from what we have returned.                                   আমি যে product pack (3) order করেছিলাম সেটা তো আমি পাইনি পরিবর্তে আমাকে 749:00 টাকা নিয়ে delivery দেওয়া হয়েছে 2টি পুরাতন kurti.
                                  দয়া করে order product delivery করুন নচেৎ টাকা ফেরত দিন।
                                  আমার বয়স মাত্র 15 year আমি আমার মায়ের দেওয়া টিফিন খরচ জমা করে 749:00 টাকার kurti টি order করেছিলাম।
                                  দয়া করে এর কোন সুব্যবস্থা করলে আমি এই কষ্ট থেকে রেহাই পাই।

                                        My order num is [protected], pin 8629, there was a return pick up on 7th August Sat, and i got a call from a delivery person at around late evening when the office was already closed that he has come to pick up . Told him clearly that the office has been closed due to covid norms and requested to please do a repeat pick up on 9th August Monday which he agreed instantly !!!

                                        I was warned by the seller not to give the pin num to the delivery person until he takes the return pick up as this is a regular mal practice by shadowfax courier that they never come for a repeat pickup.

                                        However this guy [would request to please find out who was there on that day for duty] insisted that pin has to be given so that he reschedules my pick up again for Monday. Based on the good faith I did and then he never turned up on Monday.

                                        Repeatedly tried the customer care most of it is automatic and when i gave the pin its says invalid input.

                                        Due to this late pick up now my seller does not want to exchange so i paid a heavy price for your unprofessionalism. Please refund my product charges at the earliest to avoid any further complications in future.
