Having the worst experience with shadowfax along with thousands of other customers all over India. Parcel has been picked up 3 days back but not yet delivered although its in the same city. Other couriers in the city like Delhivery, FedEx, Xpressbees deliver it the next day itself. Shadowfax has no way you can contact them. The number given on the website is switched of and they aren't even on whatsaap as mentioned in the website which is false information. There are thousands of others suffering due to shadowfax. They should definitely be taken to court on unethical grounds.

    Hi team,

    SF[protected]FPL this is my order and by mistake I had cancelled.but again called delivery agent number[protected] and asked him to deliver it to me and he told he will deliver.
    Today I am unable to contact delivery agent as each time if I call the number it asks to enter registered mobile number followed by four digit pin.likewise I am entering my number [protected] and pin 1082 which I got in the delivery message and it says invalid input.

    Please deliver my parcel and ask delivery agent to contact me.

    Contact me immediately at [protected] and deliver my parcel.

        This is about return pick up of order...every time courier boys try to escape from their work with simple and worrest reasons...they r not trying to satisfie their duty heartfully.

          Fraud by delivery boy.

          I have ordered product from meesho but there is problem in size i have put the return request my product was delivered on 2july 2021 and picked up on 27 july 2021 8:00Pm the delivery boy has scammed he didn't submit product to messho the meesho customer care is saying we didn't get your product also delivery boy blocked my number and when i call from other number he is opening saying to me to complaint any where he is using that product.br...

          Hello i am seriously fed up now . Your delivery associate is blaming me unnecessarily. He has canceled my return twice and it’s pissing me off. I gave him the product as it is then also he’s just irritating me. Previously also he had done this same thing. I just don’t want this man to come here . Please respond!

            I had ordered plazo set on 2nd August through meesho. On 7th August I received a message saying that the product has been delivered. But till now I've not received this item. Also I had registered complaint in meesho regarding this issue. They says it would take 4-5 days to resolve it.
            Can you guys please check and update soon when will I receive the product.

              I placed my on 4th august 2021 nd the seller despatch the package on 5 th august .as per courier update my package will be delivered on 7 th august but they still take 1 day more to reach nearest hub . Today is 9 aug 2021(3 days late)and it still showing package is nearby . I mailed them multiple times but i never get proper response. Every time they promise to call me within 1 hour but i never received single call from them.

                        i had ordered shoes and i placed the return request and pickup was assigned to me but the delivery or return pickup person from shadowfax didn't contact me, the pickup has not been done till now. Now it showing the hold status in shadowfax tracking status in website. kindly reschedule the return pickup.

                          Today, I received a message that my order is arriving today ( 6 August, 2021)and got a link from shadow fox. But I haven't received it yet. I try to call delivery boy many times but he didn't answer my call. At night, I got a message at my shipment is cancelled according to my request. I haven't requested anything.                             Pick up boy everyday sending same sms like
                            " today your product will be pick up " but no one came for pick up . yesterday 8:40 pm one sms came like "today we pick up your product " and one number is there here i want to share that pick up boy number
                            [protected] & I call that boy 10:20 pm and asked why u not came for ick up and why u send same sms daily he react very badly and his behaviour is very very bad he shouting me for why I want to know his coming time .. He said when I have time then I will go but here my pick up time almost over . without any reason he react and uses bad langues and tell I don't want to go at your time what u want to do do... U contact with company ...what is the bad behaviour and suddenly he cut the call 😡😡😡😡😡

                              This is tracking link of my order SF[protected]FPL, ordered 4 products Order #[protected], Order #[protected], Order #[protected], Order #[protected], today 04th August 2021, it was delivered to customer and I got updated frm customer that it's recieved but In tracking link it stated it's rescheduled on 4th August as we were unable to attempt at last order was cancelled, when it's already delivered, how can u cancell that order.. are you guys are on behalf of supplier or company, please update it to delivered instead of lying...

                                      I had returned a product from ajio and was confirmed that a person from shadow fax would pick it up.
                                      I get message everyday but the concerned person has not been coming to pick it up. I just get a missed call from him and then a message saying "could not attempt".

                                      Yesterday when I received the call I was told he would come to pick up but again got the message "pick up failed".

                                      Please get my product picked.
