I ordered the product from xiaomi.com and I can't receive my product...I ordered on 7 th July and now it's 24 th July And The Shadow Fax Service Making excuse and extending date but can't deliver the product...

I ordered from xiaomi.com and they give the product to shadow fax company and now they making excuses for the delivery date extending and they can't deliver the product on their given date and asking for more days but I can't receive...I ordered my phone on 7th July and now it's 24th July but I can't receive my product

        I ordered long gown from Aravind arav(anarkali Kurtis)on July 16 .my order number is SF139092989443FPL. Order from : maheshbabu. but I have received the chudithar top (not shown in picture ) on July 21 at 6.00pm. I paid money (cod)so please take that complain I will return this product .please refund my money

          Very bad experience i have creat a return, and the product was picked up but still waiting for confirmation. the delivery boy not taking the call, even talked very rudely

            I ordered a gown from nykaafashion. I have initiated the return request for part of my order RET_[protected] on 19th July. As I was unable to return my item on 20th July, pick up was rescheduled on 21st july by Shadowfax delivery service and he took the pin for confirmation but didn't come to the location for pickup on 21st. At 4.56pm it was showing the pickup was QC failed and the return request was cancelled without my concern. He didn't even call for the pick up on 21st July.

            The AWB# of Shadowfax courier is R[protected]NYK. Please look into it and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                  My order was in COD mode but later when I track my order shadowfax has used to show the pay it online.
                  Then I paid it by using my phonepay but later it disappeared and my money has debited from my account, and nothing has updated
                  So does the delivery boy will charge me by COD

                        Two items were returned within a week. One from a hopscotch and one from ajio. The call came in the morning three days ago. He said he would come to pick it up that day but did not come.Then the message was sent as follows.We tried reaching you today for pickup of Faux Fur Chunk.. from AJIO. You may reach us at[protected] PIN 9529 - Shadowfax. The message was the same today.But I did not get a call today. So solve my problem

                          My track num is r[protected]fpl..The delivery man refused to come home and pick up the order and cancelled the order with my concern himself..I have again made a pick up order the next day and the same delivery man cancelled it stating quality check .He didn't even come to my home and collected the order..He did this for 2 days and while calling he was every rude.I have complained it in shadowfax but they were not responding..Please look in to it.

                              Description : Delivery Executive denied to come and pick up the order from 3rd floor of Apartment in Gudivada. He disrespected me and spoke in the local language (as ve in telugu)& threatened me that he will go away if I dont come down .

                              Resolution : I need the same delivery partner with his manager to come and say sorry or else he is to be charged with necessary action for disrespecting me as per Indian Constitution

                                    I would like to draw your kind attention that the order in subject line is not delivered to me. But the status is showing delivered.
                                    I got a message in early morning on 9th July 9:20 AM with PIN and OTP that that my product will be delivered today.
                                    But through the whole day I did not get any call from delivery agent.
                                    and in the night approx 8:30 PM I receive message on my mobile number that the product was delivered to me but I did not get any product even in my house in my family and I have talked to my neighbours and they did not receive.

                                    Followed up multiple times through emails, call but no response.
