I ordered from meesho but the product was delivered and the delivery boy marked cancelled and after that he delivered also.but the status not changed from last 15 days.mu margin of 600 is still pending.delivery boy number [protected]
I have all the proofs.second thing order returned but refund not processed.
Your delivery boy always put wrong status which creates mess problem issues.he marked delivered cancelled whatever he feels like.m fed up with shadowfax.totally frustrated.

    I have placed an order from Hopscotch and shipment was shipped to shadowfax. My order with tracking Id AWB No SF99134418HO is not yet delivered but showing as delivered on 3rd April. Can anyone deliver the product after 9:54 PM? and Not received any call and received SMS saying that 9:54PM in the night that your order has been delivered but in the meantime no call or no message and there was no customer care number from Hopscotch to call and address the issue. Sent many mails to Hopscotch and Shadowfax but no response still now. These people cheating us. Request you to resolve the issue asap or refund the amount.

      Dears,
      Still we did not receive our product so how can you show deliver successfully on dated 01 April 2021.

      At the time of order placing we have entered incorrect mobile no ([protected]) by mistake, after receiving notification massage from your end we have provided correct contact no many time but we did not receive any call or massage ([protected]).

      So please check where is gap and resolve this issue ASAP.

          I order from saffola & shipment is shipped to shadowfax.
          My order with trackingId=MSF[protected] is not yet delivered but showing it as delivered on 5th April.No call no SMS 8:07am in the morning to show that your order is out for delivery and show the order in the evening at 5:11pm that your order has been delivered but in the meantime no call or message . Why you are updated as delivered even Though you are not delivered?

              I would like to submit my complain about your delivery service..which is very very unpleasant and poor.. my product already delayed for 3 days, , but after reaching it in final destination, , , its stuck over here andr there is nooo delivery of my product last 2-3 days...

                My ajio order return has been picked up delivery agent on 12 March and it hasn't been updated since then. My amount hasn't been refunded and there is no mention of pick up. I tried contacting delivery agent but of no use kindly resolve this issue as early as possible

                      This is the wost experience your delivery boy are your bose and they have full right to deliver order or not. They didn’t response on call. If you don’t want to deliver someone’s order just close your ### company. We are not fools that send and wait for time and you enjoyly open a company and take your order with you and doesn’t respond. I think i have to take something legal so that you and your delivery partner should not do things like this.

                          I have ordered two products from ajio and their return was mentioned to be through Shadowfax.

                          For the return of my 1st product 'WALKFREE Chunkey heeled sandal' with return ID: RT[protected]Order ID: R[protected]AJI), I got a message from Shadowfax on 10th march that it'll get picked on that day. After that I didn't get any message or call or any attempt from anyone. But when I track it's showing not picked, QC failed. And in AJIO it's showing that return pickup attempted. Return button in Ajio is not working from then because of which I'm not able to return it.

                          For returning my second product 'Metro kitten heels with return ID: RT[protected]Order ID: R[protected]AJI), I got a message on 17th March and an executive came to pickup and I returned the product. But when I track in Shadowfax site, it's showing not picked, QC failed. And in Ajio it's showing return pickup attempted.

                          I couldn't contact them because they have given an unavailable number and help center is not working in their site.

                          I want to return my product and to get refunded completely.

                          Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                I ordered some items from clovia. The courier team was shadow fax. I got message like, the item is delivered. Actually I didn't get it. It was prepaid.
                                Also, from Ajio same thing happened. There also shadow fax was the team for courier for return pickup. It became 3 months they didn't come for pickup.

                                Very very worst service.
                                When I called the representative, they are not even responding properly.

                                    I was having a product to return and pick up was scheduled today.. but now without any call or anything i got a msg that your product failed quality check.. how??? Without calling customer without coming to the pickup place how u guyz updated as quality check failed.. is dis how it should work?? Delivery boy without doing his duty just mention like that qc check failed!!!
