    We have ordered MI QLED TV thru MI site and they have shipped it through shadowfax. Their tracking details shows shipped but no further update & its past due.

    I am searching everywhere for their customer care number. Could not find it at all. Tried registering for a call back in their site number of times no response.

    There should be stern action against such agencies who are taking customers for granted.

    I need customer care number of Shadowfax & penalty on them for such unethical business

        On 9 Feb shipment left Delhi. Today is 2 March. The shipment has not moved from Bilaspur . What is it doing sitting in Bilaspur? No one is responding.

              Hi im lidiya from chennai i have already raised a complain about a courier partner. Again im raising this same complaint. This courier partner is really becoming a big headach to us.And he is talking unnecessarily.please have a look. If this happen again we will sure leave notice from court.

                  Hi, R43889458MY this is my track order received from ShadowFax with respect to my Myntra return pick up. I had been getting a message for the 3rd consecutive day stating pick up failed for your team has assigned none and just because the control is in your hands - Pick up failed message is sent without even attempting the customer - No calls from the delivering boy as well - Over and above when called the delivery boy - his way of communication...

                  Dear Sir, I have ordered something through facebook market place and I have received my courier through Shadowfax.
                  The product that i have received is totally different from the ordered product and seller has blocked me now, I'm unable to contact them, please take an appropriate action against them about this and tell him to refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i have to take legal action against them.

                        My zivame order with 3 products was picked up by the shadow fax courier person on 19th Jan but he has processed only one. Zivame says they got only one return and denies to refund for the other 2. When I got in touch with the pickup person he has no clear answer to where the other 2 items have gone. Feeling cheated by zivame for not doing any follow up and shadow fax for such a fraudulent activity .

                              It appears that the current status has not been updated and it is lying in Bilaspur hub for 3 days?

                                Delay for delivery the product . Product could reach the trivandrum hub. But courier person should not ri contact me . Its delay for 8 days . It's very Very bad service.
