        Purchased MI stick from MI, shipment arrived to shadowfax Attapur office, Hyderabad on 7th Jan 5:30amFrom then no attempts were made to deliver till 21st Jan . Illegally holding my package is theft. Such a worst and cheating company is shadowfax .

            Delivery executive denies to pick up return order

            That product want to return but the delivery executive call me and take the address but denied to doorstep pickup it repets 2times they call me but not came to pickup, alredy 10 days passed away, when they collect back and also the executive submit wrong status in shadfox that "Pick up is put ON HOLD due to Successful 3 attempts done".they never came to pickup how customer satisfy with your services?how they trust...

              My order: SF[protected]FPL, I should get my Delivery on 16th January, today is 20th January. Why you people are not delivering my order and even the status is not updated . You cant just change my Delivery due date with out information. Totally dissatisfied.

IF my money will not be refunded then I will complaint in cyber crime and your exucutives are not answering perfectly

                            I ordered pizza from the magic pin app and they assigned Shadowfax delivery partner after waiting 2 hours it's showing your order was delivered and i didn't get any call from their delivery partner and and delivery man not picking up my call

                              I am a meesho graduate. Recently, I have ordered two items for a customer named Harshada mahajan from Indore. Order no are[protected] and[protected] not yet received. They are ordered 1st january and 25th December 2020. Tracking id are SF[protected]FPL and SF[protected]FPL. Their tracking is also rubbish. No information is provided where the order is .
