My order with trackingId=SF[protected]FPL is not yet delivered but showing it as delivered on 1st January. The delivery guy saying he will deliver but still not delivered. In case if I want to return a product it should be with in 5 days. Why you are updated as delivered even Though you are not delivered?

Shadowfax food delivery, the earnings of delivery partners are getting looted from shadowfax, irresponsible team leaders of chennai when ticket raised, the person doesn't bother to resolve the complaints, when offers announced the pay not getting reflected properly . Then what interest will we work if shadowfax does like this .

My Ajio return delivery is pick up by delivery box from shadowfax and when am asking ack slip he told i can get the message to my mobile, but later i received message like product quality check failed and not not pickup, but that guy alredy took that with him, may be he is thief, how a delivery company put such kind of guys i have raised complaint to delivery but no response i lost my item without refund such a worst experience

My courier is delaying till 3 days and staying at same location since 4 days and
which is not moving to another location

I have raised Complaint to return order from Meesho, they told me shadowfor will make pick up but 3 time your delivery person giving fake reason and not taking pickup. He cancelled it for 3 times.

Sir, I have to say that I ordered a tablet on cash on delivery . But shadowfax gave me wrong product . I made a complaint and the shadowfax head in Kasganj assured me to return my money of Rs 1949.I returned the product same day . After a long time he returned only 1500 rs . Please return my balance money of Rs -449

I am Shivakamini from hyderabad i have ordered a product from myglam and by mistakenly i have given wrong flat number and product was not delivered but it is showing that product has been delivered in myglam trackorder and shadowfax track order please enquiry on this order.

However, since the quality was very poor we returned all the 6 Gown. We were informed that after pickup is done refund will be initiated with 24-48 hours.
Person from Shadowfax visited my address (Palava, Casa Bela Gold, Dombivli East) on 07th Dec Morning and we handed over the product to him. He confirmed that by evening we will recd the returned msg confirmation. But till date neither msg recd nor refund received. We are fed up of calling and messaging Shadow fax again and again and now we are not getting any response from them. We seriously feel like cheated.
Kindly look into the matter on very urgent basis and resolve at the earliest.

I booked a product from mi. Still, the order is not delivered. I received OTP from Shadowfax that is not correct. Delivery boy saying that is not correct OTP. I showed my mobile. he also said that's a mistake from Shadowfax company. Please send the Correct OTP and deliver my order. Delivery boy not delivered the order.

I bought a product from myntra, there was some problem for which I wanted to return it, but to return it, shadowfox used a delivery boy very badly with me, name akash shaw, call comes to my mobile from this number [protected], I want you to take a look at it properly. My request to shadowfox company, your delivery boy will not be expected to use it like this.

Product not match.refund money/ product my choice

It was a courier from Myntra which I returned . It was the wrong product delivered. The delivery guy picked it up on Fri i.e. 11th Dec, 2020. But after picking up the return item, he updated on the file that return pickup was failed.
Now mnytra has not received my item, because of which I'm not getting my refund.

This company Shadowfax is run by stupids who dont know what really happens in their company. I ordered my product on 28th of November 2020 from Wforwoman. I was promised a delivery in next 6-7 days.even After 7 days there was no update on the tracking link provided. I literally mailed and called shadowfax for about 15-20 times. No response. On the tickets there was no response. On instagram, facebook no response. Now it is the 12th day and yet again no response. Useless site and company with zero customer satisfaction. The leaders of the company should be put behind the bars.

Delivery partner is not getting my location to take return product

I'll do payment with scan barcode and payment will don from paytm but delivery partner don't receive the payment then I do payment by cash but online payment not refund plz refund my extra payment

I issued a return of a product sent to me which did not match with the product picture on the Myntra app. Shadow fax picked the Product on 30th Nov between 11am to 12noon. The shadow fax agent said since it's a mismatch of Product he has to show to his head authority hence once he reaches back to his office he will update. Later I got a call from shadow kolkata saying that I must choose another option such as ''quality issue'' over ''wrong Product'' to get a successful update of return. I listened to the instructions and placed another exchange, this time I chose ''quality issue''. I spoke to the shadow fax person and he said he will re-update the return done successfully. But later in the evening I got ''return failed'' update instead. I tried reaching Myntra over 20 times but they kept telling to me wait. Just now they closed the issue by stating they didn't recieve the Product and hence can't do refund. Now I neither have the wrong Product nor my money. Shadow fax kolkata has the Product and Myntra has the money. It's a theft!
