I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during a recent delivery experience. I believe it is essential to address this matter promptly to improve your services.

During a delivery attempt from Shadowfax which I ordered from AJIO online store, the OTP (One-Time Password) for delivery didn't receive. Subsequently, the delivery executive asked my personal details to get it delivered, which I found concerning. As a customer, I expect a secure and efficient delivery process without compromising my privacy.

I kindly request an investigation into this matter and appropriate corrective actions.

      Myself Kayra Srivastava placed an order from flipkart which was delived by shadowfax my order has been cancelled by shadowfax withitself without any prior information after and also i didn't refund my money through flipkart my shadowfax order id is-

      pLEASE HELP ME AND PROVIDE MY ORDER AS SSON AS POSSIBLE .
      I didn't cancel my order

        Product reached at destination from 4 days..but delivery not completed. Fake delivery attempts were made in tracking information...no calls and information by delivery agent to me.

        Worst experience.
        I need the items at the earliest. But this is disgusting.

          I had put a return and exchage request for two seperate items on AJIO. the pick up guy took the return and exchage product with him but he came to collect only return item. After inly i know that he come for return item. Now i need the item for exchange it is with him/shadowfax office. I cant reach them. Please give my product

            Yesterday, i want to return my sandisk ultra 128GB micro sd card. Delivery boy didn't came to my doorstep.. I call him then he tell me he is 500m far from my house and he told me to come there and give the product. Then his behaviour is vey bad and rude. He didn't picked my product and its shows pickup unsuccessful as the product failed the quality check. Even glowroad verified the product and accepted it to return but delivery boy didn't take my product . Please pickup my product as soon as possible please tell your delivery boy to pickup my product. My order awb no. R[protected]AEP please pickup my product and refund my amount..

I order the Infinix 3g note were as delivery perosn came at the 630 around im unavailable so asked delivery perosn to reschedule the delivery nxt day but 2 days passed no information nothing just show we will re attempt for plz order they are saying I called customer cafe number till now answer from them worst they didn't even turned call to ask was thq query bolak this is not correct thing kindly look my delivery Plz provide me delivery details whether it will arrive or not

                    The shipment reached the city I reside in 6 days ago but it has been in the facility ever since then. I couldn’t contact them as shadowfax customer care has an automated caller and they’re yet to contact me about any updates. After 6 days I received a mail today yet no update on my delivery. I tried going to the facility on my own but they didn’t provide any correct address. After I managed to track down and reach the facility people there said they left 6 yrs ago.

                      My mother has order the parcel and when delivery guys came she asked him to come upstair to give the parcel and then he misbehaved my saying i am not your servant and not delivered the parcel then the managar also called after some time and misbehaved

                        I have received a wrong product from glowroad.I initiate it for return request. Return request accepted from shadowfax. Last day they OFP and call me and request for reschedul Take a code for reschedul and put it on hold. I reached to shadowfax HI they use slang language multiple times. I want a step against of them. Why I take this headache.

                          I have received a wrong product from glowroad. I initiate return. Last day pickup hitting on shadowfax. They assigned it out for pickup. But they requested for reschedul for some issues. I have share the code they put it on hold. I have contacted with HI but he is really bad person. Use slang language bad behaviour with me. Take a step and please raise my pickup again

                                    I am Vijay, applying Shadowfax since a yrs. till now I trying but no response from company side. then I stared search contact how to connect with company. finally, I found number his name called Syed [contact number: [protected]] I contacted he ask about my background i said and told me here kaveripattinam krishnagiri tamilnadu availbale and mentioned me to send document and told two days after call me. I do call after 2 days he not at responding. its been 15 days more till now he not responding my calls or message at all. later still hope i searched find other person number Mahindren tamilnadu incharge, he also mentioned the availability and taken my information, later no response at all. with hope i was trying, if i not get also find atleast reply whether i get or not, with hope by day i applying.

                                      I am utterly appalled by the complete lack of response and assistance regarding the return pick up for Order ID R[protected]AJI. It has been 9 days since the request was made, and the lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable.

                                      The delay in the return pick up is causing me significant inconvenience and distress. Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance, I have not received any updates or resolution.

                                      I demand immediate action to address this matter and provide a timely and effective solution. This level of disregard for customer service is utterly unacceptable.

                                      I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Your urgent attention to this issue is imperative.

                                        Sir, my parcel order SF[protected]PRZ received in nearby delivery station on 24 Jan 24. Then, my item was out for delivery on 27 Jan 24. But delivery boy did not contact me & in evening I got msg that you are not contactable.
                                        Then, I reschedule my order on next day, as today on 28 Jan & also shared my current location. Today, also I got msg for out of delivery of item. But again now I received the same message.
                                        My number is always reachable. I received a message to contact on [protected](delivery boy). When I called him. He didn't answer my call.

                                        So sir, I have requested you, please take appropriate action to deliver my order as earliest as possible.
