    Dear Concern

    I have received a call from your delivery boy on 13th August on Sunday saying that I am on leave for 4 to 5 days and won't be able to deliver your product, ans since this delivery address is of my office, so I requested him to deliver it to the next door medical shop for which he asked for OTP and I, by trusting his words, provided him with the OTP in order to receive my order.
    But today when I went to collect my order, the shopkeeper said nothing is been delivered to me by your name.
    This is for the very first time this kind of fraud took place with me.. Highly unprofessional and fraudulent company.. Though the order was worth Rs 171 only but how one can be a delivery person when he has a habit of Stealing orders.. I mean I order from different platforms and at times I get deliveries on sundays too but no one has cheated the way your company did..
    Highly shameful and pathetic..
    My Address is 108/3 Chander Nagar Dehradun.. You are requested to Fetch the details of that delivery boy and ask him whom has he delivered the order to.. Else I'll file a complaint against your company

      I placed a return order of Decathlon AWB R[protected]DCN which was alloted to Shadowfax rider[protected] and pickup date was 11 August, 2023.

      I kept my parcel on the chair as I wasn't available at that time. The rider took wrong parcel (Ajio parcel) and left decathlon parcel there. Later when I got to know, I called the rider back and informed him to get the parcel exchanged but he cut the call and now I'm unable to contact him.

      The parcel he took was supposed to be taken by other delivery person. Now I'm unable to return that parcel.

      I request you to kindly send back the delivery person with the same parcel. And kindly provide contact details of the delivery person.

          One of you delivery boy of shadowfax has taken my parcel and he is not updating the pickup in system from last 3 days i called him and he said i am on leave and making excuses his name is Mr Naresh.
          Meesho AWB SF[protected]FPL. Shadowfax rider [protected].kindly contact hime and advice him to either give my parcel back to me or update it on site i have given him the code also

            Delete shadowfax delivery id

            Dear Sir I want to delete my shadow fax ID . In your app there is no option to delete . So please delete all documents and personal information and make me ensure no misuse of our documents in future....

            No info on delivery against Tracking ID SF657265084AJI

            Order placed on Ajio on 11th July 23 and product dispatched via Shadowfax and sitting in Bangalore from 14th July, as per Ajio app it was to be delivered by 17th then delayed to 19th and now 21st July 23. Shadowfax doesn’t have any contact where customer can find out the actual status. Been 6 days fighting with Ajio and Shadowfax for the status however no reply on delivery.             ..i have ordered a kurta set from meesho...but after trying that I didn't liked the kurta set.. so i initiate the return..after 1 week the order has picked up and not updated in the app ..its showing pickup failed and another day its showing pickup cancelled by partner...i called the guy who came to pick up my order he said will update it after reaching office..now its 5th day since order picked up .. now he is not responding to my calls... I want to get it updated or return it to me as well.. passing days now i am unable to return that order in any way waste of time and money..this is my first experience with any delivery/pickup partner.. this is very Pathetic..

              Hello...the guy came from shadowfax and picked up the order but he didn't update the status... When i called him he said i will update it after reaching office ..4 day before he picked up the order and now he is not responding to my calls..order picked up on 12july and in the evening its showing pickup failed

                My order is from AJIO, Is has reached near me hub on 12th of july and yet the delivery has not been done. Everyday they extend the delivery date by 1 day and this is not a good service towards the customers, it is taking them 4 days to deliver my order. I am not understanding the problem here. every morning I get a pop up saying item is shipped and will be delivered next day, what is this service actually. Utterly disappointed. Waste of time

                    My AJIO order with tracking ID SF[protected]AJI has been shipped by SHADOWFAX, it was supposed to be delivered on 10 July. Shipment has reached my city and it says out for delivery since last 3 days. Every morning since 3 days I get a message that its out for delivery and this is the OTP but by evening the delivery gets cancelled vis a message without informing me. This has happened 3 times.

                    No delivery partner or the company is contactable to solve an issues or queries. Despite raising a complaint through their helpline no one has contacted me.
                    I have attached the relevant screenshots of the messages received from 10 July to 12 July about 'out for delivery', OTP and then cancelations.

                    I would like my delivery completed asap or cancel the order and get refund!

                    Extremely negligent and irresponsible, seems like a fraudulent scam.

                      Sir I am working as a seller in online platform like Amazon Flipkart and meesho, there are 2 order i received from meesho aap both packed are picked by shadowfax fax courier person the product is smart watch price 999 and second order is Alpine loop watch strap price 314, these order are not delivered to customer and both these order are returned by shadowfax courier my concern is if order can't reach to the person by any reason, how could it possible that order are unpacked both packet i received are unpacked and packed in shadowfax envolpe instead of my envolpe i.e meesho logo envolpe.second thing sir my smart watch is missing and in place of that he put rs 50 rs watch and in second packet in place of watch he put a wallet .I will complaint to meesho he said it's courier fault I will approach courier but he can't rply neither he provide can customer care number sir it's going to complete almost 30 days daily I request these people that I have all the video evidence the packet I received the packet I open and product i received, this is completely cheating number of times i inform him I will complaint against you in police station and consumer form still they don't have a bit care, sir i ll approach you with lot of hopes please check this matter on priority and do the needfull.i have all the evidence regarding my concern whenever and where u said i provide but sir this time I need justice..

                        Products not getting delivered

                        Very sad to write this but Shadowfax is the only worst and not to be called a company, Please think 1000 times before taking Shadowfax courier services. thats my guarantee that your shipment wont reach to the concerned person.

                        And to be honest it was a shock and a surprise to me when i see companies like AJIO and Myntra take their services and let their customer experience such a nightmare.
