Shaha Finlease — Alleged Claim of Credit Card Outstanding is Unrecognizable

Greetings.

This is to bring to your kind attention that
a Company by name:
Shaha Finlease Private Limited
had sent me an email dated 23 Feb 2023 at 10:30 a.m
(Pl see Attachment No. 1)
claiming some outstanding dues,
vide their additionally enclosed letter
dated 26 Mar 2010
(Pl see Attachment No. 2)
which, I frankly, could not even recall,
as I pay all my Credit Card dues
in time and in Full.

Hence, as soon as I noticed
their above cited email with Attachment,
I responded to them within an hour,
(at 11:48 a.m, to be exact),
asking them to send any of their reps.
to my place to resolve the issue.

In this regard,
I had also provided my Landline Number
and my Mobile Number,
besides linking up with them through WhatsApp.

However, instead of sending their representative
to meet me and establish their claim,
which incidentally happens to be 13 Years old
(as per their own letter, Attachment No. 2)
they have been harassing me with
frequent calls from many different mobile numbers,
on a daily basis (Attachment No. 3).

Getting annoyed over this,
I made a Google Search On Shaha FinLease
and found out that this appears
to be a fraudulent company
which sends spam messages
demanding settlement and under the pretext of
what appears to be falsified CIBIL reports.

Please find a sample of what I found upon my search

Also, when I asked them
as to why they are making a claim now,
(which, as per them, was due in Mar 2010, )
13 years later, they sent me an SMS,
a screenshot of which is attached herewith.
(Attachment No. 5).

Since I started receiving calls from them,
once again today morning,
I thought it pertinent
to lodge my complaint here,
with an assurance that if anyone
from their company meets me
and proves the Company's claim,
I'm ready for a resolution of the issue.
