My parents were divorced and my mother has my custody with her, my father(mom's ex-husband) took loan deceitfully using her documents without her conscience and after 20 years they demand 98 lakhs money without even our knowledge they gave loan to unauthorized person and asks us to pay the money, and not only that I being 19 years only I am receving calls ( I have recordings) of their managers using abusive language and nefarious threats. I have filed police complaint regarding the same. I have no support from the company except for 50-100 calls for abusive language.

    I have been observed 1, 58, 00, 000 is showing in my CIBIL report
    Which is not right, it’s a totally a ghost figure
    Kindly suggest why it’s showing in this report
    Kindly remove the same from the CIBIL report

      SC CC card fraud settlement after 23 years

      Hi,
      Since last few days/months, someone from Shaha Finlease calling regarding standard charted credit card settlement but which was already done in 2002 directly with the Standard Charted Bank itself so how someone can contact after 23 years about this credit card settlement and NOC.
      My father's age is 63 years and he is retired now and at this age how come someone will come for the recovery.
      Is this scan between standard...

      I have found fake loan entry for 1 lakh in my cibil report from Shaha finance, which I have never taken, it's affecting my cibil report, pls find attached screenshot of cibil report, remove it as soon as possible.

        Dear Team,

        I have noticed that unnecessary mark down my CIBIL score. I already paid the my loan amount with Capital Float Bank or Axio. And I have the NOC document with me that total outstanding amount already closed in January 2023. Could you please tell me why my CIBIL score impact now also.           I am Jitendra Sanghani. I was going through the CIBIL report and found that Shaha CC entry in report with Write off amount of 20233/-. I had paid full amount before 13 years and the record is impacting my other transaction.

            Hi, In first week of july23, Shah Finlease contacted me for Std. char. Bank credic card payment. I had used this card in[protected]. But never used after that and made all the payments. Now they are harassing me and my relatives for payment. Its fraud. They are showing statement for use of credit card.

              My experian credit report says that i have a loan of rs 10000 from shaha finlease but i havent taken any loan from them coutomer care girl says thats from another institution and they have done it on behalf of them but i have already close my loan a year ago please remove it

                My name is Mr.Avijit Sikder I took a credit card of amount Rs.25000 which was paid in the same year 2000.Now suddenly I am getting a call from Shaha Finlease Private limited regarding this matter they are saying that standard chartered Bank is now sold to shaha Finlease and ur payment of credit card bill is still due and also in my cibil there is a report showing that I have taken a credit card from shaha Finlease which is completely impossible .Please do take care of this matter .

                  i have not taken any personal loan or credit card from shaha finlease
                  but in the cibil its getting listed
                  i have raised the dispute compaint in cibil portal
                  like me many people have faced this issue, why RBI is not taking action, even i have send email to Head of RBI and to shaha finlease [protected]@shahafinlease.com

                  i kindly request shaha finlease to remove the personal loan and credit which i have not taken
                  i have attached the dispute complaint raised in cibil portal

                    Fake entry in cibil report

                    Hi officials,
                    I have not taken loan from SHAHA FIN LEASE but they updated fake entry in my cibil.

                    Any officials take an action on this and remove this fake entry in my cibil report

                    Shaha finlease is harassing me but saying that i have taken loan from shaha finelease i have not taken any loan from them, they are saying that standard have sold my personal loan account to them actually my account is closed in standard chartered bank

                    iam approaching the advocate for the same to bank ombudsman

                    i have already raised the complaint to shaha fin lease mumbai and chennai for the clarification how shaha finlease have sourced my family contact details which even i have send the complaint to RBI, shaha finlease staff even called to my under age daughter and harassed, TIll now shaha finlease have not replied for the same

                            Credit Card Outstanding Against Number-220375200002010

                            I have found one fake entry in my CIBIL Report in the above mentioned account number with this company name nearly 74 lacs. It is absurd and ambiguous.
                            I took the matter with CIBIL authority but nothing helpful from them. Please remove the fake the entry and let me get the better score in CIBIL....

                                  In last week 15 th March 2023 My father got the call and wats app from Mr. Tripathi from the Shaha Finlese for the recovery of the of Standard Chartrand Credit card Amount after 20 years for recovery of Rs 35, 105/ against Standard Chartered Credit Card after 20yers. My father is 72 years old and facing some major medical issues. After Mr. Tripathis's follow up his BP got high and needs to visit at doctor place.

                                  As per my father, he has paid all the outstanding dues and nothing is pending .
                                  Currently my father and mother non-working and not having any income and no savings. Even to they have sold their own house as they have faced huge losses in business.

                                  Mr. Tripathi is taking follow up with us and telling us about the CIBIL record.

                                  My father required help in this. Pls suggest
