I had requested for a CIBIL report recently and was shocked to see a credit card information stated in my account which does not belong to me. This wrong entry is affecting my CIBIL score badly.

The information reads as Credit card from SHAHA and status as Written-off. The amount over due is shown as Rs 38, 99, 028. I had never taken any credit card from SHAHA.

I have raised a dispute with CIBIL on 03/12/2021 with complaint no: CDS[protected]. I would like to take this up to consumer court if the entry is not cancelled from my CIBIL report.

Dear sir,
I have been working as an accountant of prachitex since a long time which might have been financed by shaha finlease and they have wrongly included my pan number in the same. due to defaults made by the company it has made my CIBIL score worse which is wrong from the beginning. i would request you to help me resolve the matter as I havent availed any finances from the said company and it is affecting my score

Shaha Finlease has been harassing me since a few months. A fake credit card outstanding from Standard Chartered has been created against my late father. Being the dues paid in early 2000s. They claim that the bank has not tramsferred the dues to Shaha Finlease. To extort the same, they are now harassing me over call and asking for settlement amount.

I Dayanand Gunje requested you to please remove unrelated credit card dues amount of Rs.5264040/- card no -[protected] shown in my CIBIL report which not belongs to me and effective my CIBIL report.
So please remove that amount and credit card account.

Hi I had a credit card from Standard Charted bank for which this company called me. Within a span of 30 mins I received 33 calls. At 12:14 pm only I received 7 calls from 7 different numbers and this hindered my Daughter’s online class as she was logged in through my phone. So spoke to the guy called Shubh, n told him that I want to pay one shot and looking for some waivers, he transferred to another woman who was so RUDE and asked me “khana bhi to khati hogi, paise kaha se aate us k” and then I told her I’ll file a complaint against her to that she said Do it I don’t care, I called the near police station and women helpline, merged the call but she didn’t answer and card her back she didn’t answer. Again received a call back from Shubh and he said “ It’s not your intention to pay”, “nahi pay karoge te will see hun kya karenge”. I mean I don’t owe them I owe a bank. This morning everyone in my family is distressed because of this especially my daughter

I Used to have a credit card and have a settlement in year 2006 and paid once and final settlement to them the agreement amount. After few years i came across amount overdue in the name of SHAHS FINLEASE. I called them to know the reason, they said STANDARD CHARTED BANK has sold my account to them.
My account number with SHAHA FINLEASE IS : [protected]
and an amount of RS.61, 82, 117 showing overdue.

Please resolve the issue so that i could apply for loans .

Continuing on my previous complaint, shaha finlease is sent me 2 offers on a wrongly entered written off amount, with a clarification

(1) If I paid X amount they will make my balance 0 in the credit report but my status will be SPWOFF - settled post write off which is still not a clean report

(2) if I paid X + 10k they will give me a clean report.

I consider this as nothing more than blackmail....

I was shocked to discover that I have an outstanding credit card loan of Rs 71, 07, 243 from shaha finance. With credit card acc no:[protected] which I have never taken a loan of this huge amount that too in 2002.
No such amount has been transferred to me through any bank or money lender.
I am unable to get any loans from other banks and would always wonder what was wrong.
Please take concern action and look into this iam also attaching the CIBIL STATEMENT of the said loan.

After my above complait, Shaha finlease reached out to me on email and is asking to settle for 52, 860. This amount is not reasonable for an inaccurate data posted by the bank / shaha finlease.

If this is the case why do you quote 24 Lacs in the cibil report?

Inspite of the fact that I know i have paid my dues, since i do not have the cash receipt with me after 15 years i have agreed to pay the original write off claim of 19, 730. However, shaha finlease has declined this settlement.

What is the reason behind quoting 24 lacs in cibil, demanding 53K for settlement and refusing to settle for the claimed written off amount? Instead you want me to share my contact details. I have already seen enough harrasment complaints about shaha finlease. My lawyer will take this up from here.

I used to own a standard chartered credit card in 2004 and by 2006 i remember paying cash of 19K at the bank and getting the cash receipt.

i had to move out of that city and hence i strongly remember making the payment in cash.

Recently i had taken by cibil report and i see that shaha finlease has updated my records with Rs. 19730 as written off status and my current balance as Rs 23, 85, 976.

This is not only exorbitant (miscalculation) but it is also a form of extortion to control customers credit score.

I would like to take this to the consumer court and question the authenticity of such reports.

I had subscribed to CIBIL report recently and I am surprised to see two credit card information stated in my account which does not belong to me, even first time i seen in my credit report.

The information reads as Credit card from SHAHA and status as Written off. The amount over due is shown as Rs 23, 639, 578.00 and 38, 396, 781.00. I had never taken any credit card from SHAHA/ICICI Bank and had it written off/defaulted.

I have written to cibil customer care also about this and have not received any reply yet. I would like to take this up with consumer court if I don't receive an update.

I have used only one card of SCB during 2007 and the amount was 35 thousand. Now during 2021 when I checked my Cibil Score, it's showing as 2 cards and the amout reflecting in the report is 40 lakhs. It has affected my Cibil Score badly and iam unable to take any loan from any bank. SCB and Shaha Finlease has spoiled my life.

When I checked my CIBIL, it is showing more than 59 lacs pending for SHAHA which I have never used that much credit in my lifetime nor did anyone given me that much credit. Please help me in resolving.

Here I would like to promise that, I never got any loan or credit card from the SHAHA FINLEASE PVT LTD in any of my lifetime. I don't know where they are located, and also they never contacted me regarding to get a credit card or to repay this outstanding amount.

Please take necessary steps to delink the faulty entry

As per my CIBIL report ECN : [protected], Credit Card ending with xxxxxxxx2090, I have also submitted the settlement copy to all the recovery agents, whoever communicated. Still, SHAHA checked my CIBIL without my concern on 31st Jan 2021. This is a "Breach of Confidentiality & Privacy"....

My 58000 credit card bill which i have cleared from the year 2006 is still showing in cibil report. I want to close it now.

My father has never taken a loan from Shaha Finlease Pvt. Ltd. Never even heard of it. Still it is showing as a negative account in his report. How can this matter be resolved.
