Shaha — wrong claim in cibil score report about credit card loan

I am surprised to see in cibil.com credit report about the said organization showing outstanding loan of 1377371 with ac no [protected]. The fact is that I never had any amount disbursed to me nor I ever requested for the same.without there being any details it simply claiming huge amount as over due. It is a mischievous act by that finance institute . This may please be rectified.
