In my cibil report, there is an outstanding balance of Rs 2, 08, 54, 041 updated by shaha finlease private limited with credit card Account number : [protected] . As per my records, I have never used any credit card of any bank by this credit card number. My name is Ashees Ranjan Sabat and this is with reference to my name shown in the defaulters list of Cibil for product from SHAHA . I had contacted CIBIL and was told that SHAHA is the new company which has taken over the credit card business from Standard Chartered Bank .

Sir, I had a standard chartered credit card somewhere in the year 2006 which was successfully closed from my end with complete payment amount with no balance....

I am surprised to see in cibil.com credit report about the said organization showing outstanding loan of 1377371 with ac no [protected]. The fact is that I never had any amount disbursed to me nor I ever requested for the same.without there being any details it simply claiming huge amount as over due. It is a mischievous act by that finance institute . This may please be rectified....

I checked my cibil score and i find an entry by shaha in my payment punctuality that shows 36 late payments.in loan settlement it shows a write off by same shaha.

I have never done any transaction with such a company named shaha and in fact i have never taken loan beyond bajaj finserve consumer durable loans one or twice.

Who are these people shaha and if they can prove they have any due from me with documentary...

Dear Sir/Madam,

My CIBIL report shows an overdue for a credit card. The member is SHAHA. I have no clue what this bank or credit card is and how this is appearing in my CIBIL report.

What can I do to get this corrected? I dont know if this is the mistake on SHAHA or by CIBIL. Eitherways this has caused a big issue for my loan.

Kindly let me know what I should do.
