[Resolved]  Shaha — Outstanding Amount on a closed credit card of 9 years ago

Dear Sir,
My name is Brijesh Sreedharan and this is with reference to my name shown in the defaulters list of Cibil for product from SHAHA . I had contacted CIBIL and was told that SHAHA is the new company which has taken over the credit card business from Standard Chartered Bank .
Sir ,I had a standard chartered credit card somewhere in the year[protected] which was successfully closed from my end with complete payment amount with no balance. I had paid a total amount of Rs. 21,000 approx as complete payments towards Standard Chartered and was informed that my credit card stands successfully closed with no dues .The card was closed in the year 2003.
After 2003 , I had taken personal loan and two wheeler loan with out any obligations with my credit report from CIBIL always in good remarks .
Recently I had applied for a home loan, and I was informed that there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 4,67,463 of SHAHA credit card. I am regular customer with CIBIL where in I receive my CIBIL scores regulary updated and not a single time in the last 9 yrs the SHAHA credit card was shown in the CIBIL statements.
Recently after my housing loan was rejected , I applied for an updated CIBIL report and was surprised and shocked to see a huge amount of Rs. 4,67,463 overdue in the name of SHAHA. This card was successfully closed in the year 2003 , where in I had paid the complete amount and I was also informed the same by the bank.
What I understand here is that Standard Chartered Bank has not updated their records about me to SHAHA and my wrong details has been updated in SHAHA which is reflecting also in CIBIL.
I would request your help so that my name and details can be corrected at the earliest from SHAHA and the same is updated in CIBIL from SHAHA so that there in no obligations for my loan procedures.
