Hlo sir,

Me and my husband both admitted in shailby by 10 of sep... And mistakenly tpa start mediclaim process with my husband mediclaim company that is not submitted by me officially and we refused that... At the same time we request them to convert this with raksha tpa from mediassist and they assured us to convert it bt after so many reminder they refuse us.. I will not bear this loss that is done by from shailby management mistake... Kindly resolve this as soon as possible...

      I have been treated at shalby hospital indore and frequently visit the indore hospital. I am seeing alot of mismanagement; the toilets are not at all clean always dirty, power supply is inaccurate the backup power takes time whenever there is power shut, we have logged two three complaints but no action has been taken. Yesterday my husband got stuck in lift for half an hour while bringing medicine for me, hence strict action should be taken against this.

        Inefficient and rude staff. There is list of incidents i want to highlight about the hospital. When admitting my mom to icu, they misplaced her name with other patients name and the other patient's name went to the doctor for attending. Correcting that mistake took time. At night 11:15 pm their staff called my father who was sleeping there that patient is shifted to the 4th floor from the 2nd floor of icu. When father went there in a hurry (Half sleepy) they said there is no patient by that name so he went back to the 2nd floor to confirm and the staff simply replied it was his mistake. Day after when my mom needed to shift from icu to general they kept on sending us on different floors for 2-3 rounds trips which were very inconvenient and lack of process/communication. Apart from all that very bad experience was from lady outside icu who was very loud/rude and ready to fight all time. Please tell her to be nice to people and not raise voice in all things or shout at relatives of patient.

          misguided and treated badly

          I have taken a treatment for my knee pain on 16-oct-19 by dr. Praveen agrawal.

          First thing, when i was telling my problem, he said "forget all old problems and let me treat you in my way in a rude way".

          I have taken the x-ray and waited so long to get this where the person who is responsible to give the report was also rude.

          This is ca. Anshul pathak, my mother mrs. Kalpana pathak had under gone cts release surgery at dharamshila super speciality hospital delhi. Today on 27/02019, she went to get a checkup at shallby hospital jabalpur and this doctor mr amitesh dubey treated her in very unprofessional way and asked her to do see the doctor from where you got operated. Is this the way you treat your patients in need. He was very rude and unhelpful. Kindly look into the matter as my parents resides in jabalpur and always prefer shallby but this behaviour is unacceptable.

            Kindly look in to matter beacuse my both child are very small and they are waiting mom's, almost 5 hours done but process not done by shalby team,

            It's delay by shalby mediclaim inusraance department after submit file 2 hours not process file by mediclaim department...

            Mr vikram - this case are again again created by ur teams..

            Pathetic service by medicals insurance team..

            Now onwards i m request u to md india kindly blac listed this type of hospitals, after doctors reports it's will 8 hours process to discharge it's pethtiic process..

              This is about shalby hospitals jaipur,
              This is the case of my father, he has a fracture in his ankle. Firstly when we make appointment with doctor, the doctor didn't realised the fracture and gave only medicines, even the guardian asked for making an x-ray but the doctor refused for x-ray and said there is no need. What kind of dr he is, who don't know how to diagnose fracture. Very bad experience.
              Second time when we went to hospital he made x-ray on asking multiple times by us, and then found fracture and said for operation. After operation he even didn't applied plaster on the operated fractured part.
              What type of hospital it is and what kind of doctors are these who don't know there jobs. Very bad, shame on doctors.
              One key learning is that never go for new hospital in any city and on big hospitals.

                My name is ashish. My mother was admitted for knee replacement surgery on 23rd june for both the limbs under single package which stands at 5 lacs. My mom is insured by a mediclaim policy by star health and allied which started in mar, 2017. She was later diagnosed with ild in jul, 2017.
                Before admitting, i got initial consultation from dr. Ajit gohel at shalby. During the this consultation, i'd shown all the medication that my mother used to be taking - one of them is for ild by dr harjit dumra of sparsh.
                Somehow, the doctor did not give importance to the ild or any other treatment that was underway. He was just focused on knee replacement (As that is their primary goal to meet the numbers i suppose!!)

                Basis the initial consultation and x-ray reports of knees, we got the initial approval of 2.5 lac which is 50% of the total sum insured (5 lac) from star health and allied.
                Now, during the preoperatives, which happens on the first day when you get admitted, the anesthetist looked at the ild treatment papers and one day later he asked me to put that paper into the shalby file. And, so i did.
                Now, star health and allied medial officer took a look at this ild paper. They rejected my claim on the grounds of non-disclosure of ild. Right now, i am having to dole out entire surgery sum which stands at 5 lac. I am not mentally as well as financially ready to pay such large sum of money. I've already paid 3lac and issued a post dated check of 60k which is due in 4 days.

                I have the following questions:
                1) why initial consultation paper did not have any mention of ild if it is important for the surgery. Had ild been mentioned in the first paper, i would not have got pre-authorization of 2.5 lac and so i would have gone for economy package at krishna shalby or somewhere else for cheaper treatment which i can afford.
                2) if initial consultation really did not require it because ild is not related for this type of surgery, then why it was put later on in shalby file causing this entire issue and distress and burden on me.
                3) since ild was diagnosed after the commencement of the policy, i want to fight for my rights with star health and allied insurance. But, hospital is not ready to give me the treatment file and so, i am being denied of my rights. Hospital people say that unless i pay the full amount, the file will not be handed over to me. That's harrassment. When i took discharge on saturday, 29th june, i was given assurance by mr. Ravi prajapati that i'll be given the file provided i pay 3lac and issue a check of 60, 000/ post dated. I already paid 3 lacs and my 60, 000/- check is due to be cached on 9th jul. Even after being given the assurances, hospital has now turned back from their words. I've visited the places at least 3 times and every time i met different people as asked. But, the same answer. Do you guys have some single authority who can handle the matter. It's all those without any authority people are handling the matter.
                4) why at the time of discharge, mr ravi did not talk to authority and approved. He just faked it as he wanted the room to be vacant, it seems.
                5) i have no grudges with regards to the treatment or the staff. They were excellent. It's just that you cannot handle dispute resolution. Plus, the docotors who provide initial consulting do not seem to be trained enough for the ramifications of their consuting papers. People like us are having to bear the brunt of their incompetence. This is not acceptable.
                6) why can't the initial consultation be rock-solid to avoid such surprises later on which are distressing for patients and their family?

                I was disappointed with shalby, being such a huge name, they do not seem to have any processes - to resolve disputes or for initial consultation. How on earth a layman would think that he would not get anything after pre-authorization of 2.5 lac.

                I really look forward to cooperation by hospital so i can fight for my rights with the insurance company.

                It's been 3-4 days, no one from the hospital has contacted me. Unfortunately, I've to stop the payment of my cheque. I've not yet received the file despite having visited the hospital 3 times.

                  At 3 :00 pm. My admission time was 9:00 am.
                  But till time i am waiting at outside, admission staff saying that wait for one hour from 9:00 am.

                  Its 1:22 pm, but no any solution. Also all procedure done from my side payment too.

                    We got admitted our relative in the morning on 16th may 2019 and from the morning the service that your staff gives is pathetic. Quality manager mr somnath don't know what the quality means in terms of cleanliness and quality of services. We hope that shelby ltd do have enough money to run aircons and tubelights to run for entire day. When we complain half of the staff is busy on their personal mobile phones with their family & friends. Toilets sucks, cleanliness terrible, staff illiterate, etc there are lot more things to be complained. We don't pay this much high money for this kind of services. We don't want to go with medical council of india or health ministry. We expect strict actions will be taken for the same

                      I was gone to shalby hospital near nava naroda, ahmedabad gujarat, my father was in icu for 20 days now when we shifted to private room in the main reception /may i help you desk they start to say that if you want to see your father then you have to pay 20 ruppes as a visitor pass? What the hell? This is how the hospital work? Garib log to dekh ho nai sakate fir apne logo ko. He is my father and now i have to see him by paying ruppes 20? Chanda le rahe hoto bolo na ki chanda chaye? I was not able to understand shalby hospital service.

                        1. Rules say that a visitor needs to purchase visitor passes at the time of entry, but it has been observed that there's no checking for visitors coming late night. Whereas shouting on visitors for irrelevant things.
                        2. Dietitians suggested to provide fresh coconut water, but hospital staff refused to carry the same to the patient, infact confiscated the fruit at the gate.
                        3. Visitor's lift is having high rush. Although there's total three lifts (Separately for visitors, patients, hospital service staffs), yet visitor's lift is being used by hospital staffs for other services, which further creates rush on one lift.
                        4. Impolite security staff, no instructions of rules and regulations. Food costly, no cheap accommodation facilities for patient's relationship.

                          I am hostaged here at Shalby hospital Vijay Nagar Jabalpur for the negligence of TPA desk here.
                          They are demanding extra money without showing any deduction sheet sanctioned from Medsave.
                          Even Intra cath is still inserted from last 16 hrs. and no IV / drip is given to me.
                          Doctors and staff has just leave me without anyl assistance .

                            Disgusting services. Not even 1 star deserve.
                            1. X-ray machine not working in multi speciality hospital
                            2. Dr. Is not discharging even without proper facilities of x-ray not available with them.
                            3. Charging fees extraordinary high. And charging even without no service opt
                            4. Staff behaviour is cheesy but adversely affected to patients.
                            5. X-ray room door and other primary necessary rooms doors are too small that wheelchair can't be easily enter.

                            Never ever even think about entering this hospital without insurance.

                            We have not received services of rs. 1000, though they had charge rs. 3500.

                            They charge 750 rs. For dressing. But no dressing had been done, only done is too small wound cleaning, even a kid can.

                              Respected vikram sir (Wish you will read this), sir 3 days ago my family took my grand father to shalby hospital, jabalpur. We doesn't observed any recovery there to we took him to nagpur. I am undermentioning following points please do something to save your hospital and your reputation:
                              1.in nagpur we get to know iccu ward nurses had not change my dadaji diapers in past 3 days, because of that diaper was stuck in his skin and it was bleeding during removal processe. (Pathetic)
                              2. My grandfather was suffering form some cardiac issues with pulmonary and peripheral oedema. He was under the supervision of dr. Patel. But dr didn't notice that.

                              3. Dada ji has developed bed sours, no staff nurses paid attention.
                              4. Staff nurse alloted to him remain absent for most of the time. During visitors hours itwas us who go to the incharge and complaint about it.

                              5. They were not feeding him properly, it was us who used to fed him.
                              6. They provided us defected and used spirometer with no tube/pipe. We faught for new spirometer, pharmacy and staff department were playing blame game then.
                              7. Somebody stole mobile phone of the next bed patient. Mobile phone is big thing though but your staff has even stolen my dada ji's chappal. If chappals are something which is big they weren't even stopped here, they even stole diapers more than 5-6 diapers (Shameful).
                              Do something sir, you gonna lose your esteemed popularity. Or else shut this business hospitals ruining patients health and his family's emotions.

                                My mother went under both tkr and dr vikram shah operat this. But after few day my mother has faced some complications in knee so dr vikram shah told that this was spine issue so your knee is paining but mother has no spine issue and he suggested to consult with dr abhishek manu, indore and we consult with dr abhishek manu also and realized that he wantted to convence for spine surgery in shalby. We refuced the spine surgery bcoz issue was in knee. My mother was unable to walk after knee surgery. We wantted to discuss on this but dr abhishek talked so rudely with tont. We had hope from dr vikram shah but instead of resolving issue everytime he got busy with some other person and send some assistance for us.

                                I want to request to all person if anyone is suffring from knee pain so please do not go in shalby. They opened factory for charging knee without warranty and service and also dr doesn't have manners to talk with patiant.

                                I am Pranav Vora admit on 26.02.2018 @4.55 pm reach hospital @ 3.10 p.m. room alloted after 1.45 minutes, I am suffering from fever 2 and half degree, also poover food quality, I am also suffering from liver cirrhosis, after instruction of food without chilli they provide food with chilli . They check my fever after 5 hours when I told to check.
                                At reception point female staff misguiding to patient, we comes far from distance & no cooperate by doctors to patient & no leation any word from patient's assistant.

                                  Dr. Vikram shah was a good doctor till few years back but now he has become a complete businessman, he does not operate any patient him self, but his juniors operate on, patient who come on his faith. Recently i showed my relative to him at shalby hospital, jaipur to him and he demanded rs. 1, 00, 000/- extra if he had to operate otherwise his team will operate this is complete businessman and their is no consideration of the patient and patient care.

                                    My wife Kanwaljit was admitted to Krishna Shalby hospital at Bopal Ahemdabad for knee replacement operations. She was operated by Dr Shah on 4th May and on 5th May in ICU she was given wrong blood group AB+ instead of O+. She suffered lot of pain and went through agony but Doctors didn't respond. Blood started coming in urine and than the staff noticed wrong blood was given to patient.
                                    My wife is suffering for this negligence of doctors and nobody in responding from management side.

                                      My mother in law and her sister had a knee replacement operation by the Dr. N. Shah at the shalby hospital, Ahmedabad. Both of them have serious problems now as they were not taken care of properly. it is about a month now but still they cannot stand on their feet. The physiotherapists here say that they should have been given ice packs earlier the problem would not have increased so much but the hospital physiotherapist did not suggest anything and moreover the doctor also did not provide us with the information as to what is to be done.
