[Resolved] Sharekhan — Transaction status gave "Req. failed at bank" Even though it has been successful in UPI | |||
Transaction ID: 12697876 I added 25, 000/- Rupees from Karnataka bank via PhonePe on 23-Dec-2020. It is giving success message at phonepe end. And I contacted the same to bank and even they told it has reached the merchant ie. Sharekhan. But sharekhan refuses and says status as "Req. failed at bank". Amount debited from my bank but still not added to Sharekhan Equity account yet. Nor ready to raise refund. Please see to this ASAP. Thank you, Regards Ganesh Was this information helpful? | |||
