[Resolved] Sharekhan — UPI fund load got deducted from bank and not reflecting in sharekhan account | |||
Name:Manjunatha R client ID: 1751408 hi, i have added Rs.20000 and again Rs20000 funds via UPI and and money got deducted from CITI bank and got credited to sharekhanltd.[protected]@icici on 19-nov-2021 and now i don't see the amount in sharekhan demat and didnt get back to bank account. i lost total Rs.40000 and i see below failure logs in sharekhan statement, can can you please help here to get my 40K back? 17668211 Req. failed at bank 6 20000.00 19-Nov-2021 10:00:55 19-Nov-2021 10:01:26 The gateway request to submit payment information timed out.
