[Resolved] Sharekhan — UPI fund load got deducted from bank and not reflecting in sharekhan account

hi, i have added Rs.20000 and again Rs20000 funds via UPI and and money got deducted from CITI bank and got credited to sharekhanltd.[protected]@icici on 19-nov-2021 and now i don't see the amount in sharekhan demat and didnt get back to bank account.

i lost total Rs.40000 and i see below failure logs in sharekhan statement, can
can you please help here to get my 40K back?
