We had to board the bus from pondicherry to Bangalore and it was raining heavily! The bus conductor did not give us the proper location and made us roam around for an hour in the rain at 11:00 in the night. We are all ladies. Then when we reached the place the operator tells me the bus had departed. My mother who then was frustrated yelled at the bus operators to which many other guys ganged us against us telling it is our fault that and putting the whole blame on us! It was really scary as this was all happening in the middle of the night in an unknown city. Then we had no choice but to board whatever next bus they gave us. The conductor verbally started abusing us as soon as we boarded and then slammed the door in our faces when we wanted to ask something. They did not provide us with proper blanket and pillow in the A/C bus and even threatened to leave us in the middle of the night at the rest stop . The most horrible service i have ever seen!! They should stick to driving lorrys not a bus service. They act as if we are travelling for free in their bus. This kind of behaviour is sure to lead to an incident in the future; it is especially unsafe for ladies. Please do the needful Was this information helpful? |
