Sharma Transports — unsafe trip & inhumane towards female passengers & senior citizen

I know that there is no use in logging complaint against sharma transport but i feel it is my rights to make me heard against bad service, unsafe trip experience & disrespectful conductors.

I had booked tickets from bangalore to pondicherry on 07jul17.

Ticket no: tk7y62939433, departure time : 22.50pm, boarding point: bommanahalli

Following are the issues i faced before & during my trip

1) bus delayed (Delayed by 1 hour & 45 mins)
2) no response from customer care
3) bad & abusive behavior of the conductor
4) no courtesy & inhuman towards female passengers & senior citizen
5) my seat was already allotted to someone when i boarded the bus

I reached my stop at 22:30pm. At first, i tried reaching the customer care number to get the bus no. - no response
I waited for an hour and then tried to check the status of the bus - no response
Later after one more hour of wait, i tried the helpline & main office number to register my complaints - no response

I had to travel with my 3 year old kid & my mother in law aged (58). My kid was very excited as it was his first trip in bus, after an hour of wait, he could not resist to stay awake & managed to sleep on my shoulder. My mother in law exhausted all her energy & finally sat on the road. Another hour of wait holding my son on my shoulder continued by running close to every sharma bus i see to check whether it is my bus.

Finally the bus reached @ 12:30am. My mother in law rushed to catch the bus which was far from the place we stood. When she was about to board, she was stopped by the conductor & questioned very rudely.

When i reached, i explained the conductor that we are trying to board non ac sleeper bus which goes to pondicherry. Then he let us to enter the bus. We both o[censored]s managed to carry 3 bags & my kid on my shoulder.

I asked the conductor to move the bag which was kept on the stairs, i was shocked by the response

Oh! I should move the bag?? The response was as if he is the owner of the bus & we were slaves working under him.

Finally i boarded the bus & shocked to see that my seat was already allotted to someone. The lady who occupied the seat for which i had made full payment a week before reacted, this is also not my seat & questioned the conductor why did you board me into this bus which has no seat?

Conductor was busy arranging the alternate seat for her and did not help or leave way to my mother in law who was trying hard to board the bus with 2 bags.

We were totally tired & managed by our self to get our bags & occupied the seat. After a while, i was trying hard to stay relaxed but i could not. If i had delayed by few minutes, the bus would have left with alternate passenger in my seat and they would have informed that we were not in the boarding point.

One final question, i have

Whom should i blame for all these which had happened & made my travel experience very bad & unsafe??

Sharma transport or me who choose sharma??

Answer is "me" who chosen sharma
