Shein — didn't get refund in account while refund is successful

I have purchased something online from shein using my debit card then cancel it so they generate a refund in my account. And they have send me screenshot of transaction details it was successful from their side. They told me that please contact your direct bank customer care and mention this refund transaction number : [protected] so the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment. I tried so hard to reach with customer care provided number and also go to bank but they make me wait for a whole hour and dont even see the details and send me home by saying that i should contact customer care. I have called customer care with provided proof but they are saying to contact merchant and shein customer care to contact bank i m going to and fro between them so can you please help me and see why i haven't get my refund i m providing screenshot of transaction detailsbank arn:30005100820082102423080
