Shein — Haven't received my order it's been almost a month

I ordered some stuff from Shein on 19th June, 2020 and since 24th June, 2020 it shows that my order arrived at the local Facility but there is no whereabouts of my order... I have been trying to connect to their customer care but as usual no response from their end. It is a prepaid order my order number is GSHM7T00R000254 Please help me.
