I placed my order on 17th nov and as per the shipping policy the product is delivered with 14 working days. I checked shein app and got to know that my product is stuck at delhi shipment hub. When i called the shipping agency they told me that my package is send back to shein because i told them verbally to do it (Which isn't true). Now i don't know where my package is and i cant even claim refund as the product is not delivered. My money is stuck. Was this information helpful? |
