Shein — Received all wrong items it's been 2 months no refund yet

In the month of March 2020 I placed order via Shein app as a cash on delivery for Rs 7633/-
I received entire wrong package and I was promised u return the package we will refund your money it’s been 2 months I haven’t yet received
I want my money back
Kindly assist at the earliest else i will seriously have to take strict actions against the same
