Shein — refund amount to inr 2000 approx. order Id lpl104329

I ordered three products on 16th January 2020 and the delivery partner xpressbee delivered it without calling me or informing me at the location to someone else. I came to delhi on 1st feb and got to know about the product and tried it but had size issues with two products. Earlier the return date was 30 days but then they changed it to 15 days. I tried raising return request on 3rd feb (15th days)but couldn't do it as the system didnt allow me. I had word with the executive and told them about the delivery person mistake and the issue with product and asked them to raise return request as 3rd was 15th day but they refused to do so. And told me they wont refund me my money as time has exceeded. Even if the time exceeded it was not my fault but their delivery partner fault. I got to know about it when I came to delhi ie. 1st feb. Kindly help me get refund from this fraudulent company. There two representative told me two different thing. One told me I can return it till 3rd feb and second told me till 4th feb but they changed their statement later on. I'm attaching the chat screenshot and order detail.
