Shein — Return request issues

I had been trying to raise return request but it wasn't giving me an option. I called the customer support and they told me that their is some logistics issue and will be fixed by end of the month june. My return will be completed then. Now when i check it on the app it says self sending. I am trying to call the customer support for last 3 days and the call gets disconnected after waiting for half an hour.
