Hi,
I have paid the 1000 rupees while taking new connection in pune Life republic society. and it was assured that 1000 rupees will be refunded at the time de installation and I am planning to discontinue since I am leaving pune due to personal urgency.
I have shared my account details 15 days back to the following mail id [protected]@shenglitelecom.com and also called to customer care number so many times but didn't get any proper response and even same situation through email.
