I was taken internet connection from shengli telecom for 1 yr and subscription will be ended on 13th july 2020. But since last one month i am facing problems of discontinuity of internet connection several times. Also unavailability of internet for 2-3 days continuously.. For the same as i approached local isp provider in thane, he used abused language and threats to me and denied to do maintenance work in time. He spoke me that i don't have time. Whenever i will get, i will be solved your problem. When i expressed my urgency of wfh then he demanded extra money. Now he disconnected my internet connection for those i have already paid money for it. I have called on customer care number, they also not received any calls. It is very serious issue that without any intimation local isp disconnected my internet before expiry date.
I requested to strong action against such type of internet service.
