Shengli Telecom India Private Ltd — internet connection

I am mohit aggarwal, brother of heena aggarwal (Actual subscriber of shengli internet broadband, id: sho_heena) using shengli services from last 5 years. Recently we observed many network issues which we reported in a day of occurrence dated 04th sept 2020. Nobody came to check the connection. We tried to contact the customer care and noticed customer care number is not reachable. We contacted mumbai office and got latest contact details which were not present on any website. I kept on trying the number for 1 week and nobody picked up the phone. After one week it got picked up by a gentleman and requested to wait for a day to resolve the issue. A serviceman came next day to check the connection and he was not well adverse with networking concepts hence couldn't resolve the issue. He requested for windows os to check the connection which we don't have. He said he will come back with windows os and check the connection. We waited for 2 more days for resolution. Nobody contacted us after that. I again called the same serviceman after couple of days asking for resolution, where he requested us to arrange windows os and mentioned otherwise he can't resolve the issue. Vary next day we reached the shengli kondhwa office, there we got the contact number of faizan (He claims to be the sales person). Upon requesting for refund, he said that it is not the service issue, it is customer issue that they don't have windows os. Upon asking that it is mentioned in any of the terms and conditions that if you want to use shengli's broadband connection then only use windows os system, he was speechless. He claimed that issue will be resolved till that afternoon. After that we contacted imran (Technical lead from same office), who said that executive will be at my doorstep in next 30 mins. Now its 2 days nobody contacted me for my internet connection. I contacted them yesterday as well but no response.

Resolution i can think of:
1. Refund of pending one month advance
