Dear team,
My name is jayant chauhan. This has become a harassment for us. We are logging in for work and we have kids doing online schooling because of lockdown.in a month we have to make calls to them to sort out issues. Even though the bill is paid by me on time, still there is no proper services given. I have to constantly make calls to them to fix the issues. Calling the customer service is another task. The advisor on the other side doesn't even understand what's the solution for the issue. We as consumers are getting tortured by this companies poor services.
Since the last few weeks the internet is constantly down. We have to make calls and wait in queue for almost 25-30 mins.
I understand there is a lockdown.
