The customer care number of shengli is [protected]. If your internet services are down and you attempt to call them, then from other end never gets responses. But if your payment is due or if it is expiring, we get call from same number to remind.

Moreover, when their internet service is down, then their website also doesn't work, in this situation if we want to contact them to report issue, it is not possible for us to do that.

We work from home these days and internet connectivity is important to our job intact. This behavior of shengli with their customers is unacceptable. Please do something.
