My internet services are down for more than 10 days. Contacted the shengli telecom for more than thrice still the issue has not been resolved. Very disappointing. The company gives fake assurance that the engineer will come by this time that time but its of no use at all. Its very disappointing they take the full money from you don't offer you anything festival offers. But the services are most of the time down. Was this information helpful? |
