I have closed my connecteion on 31st, may, but my pack is active till 14 june, they told me, your money will be refunded after 14 june, i waited for a;lmost 1.5 months, still no response. Also during recharge one ammount got debited from my account but, that ammount is not reflected in their portal, so they told me that will be refunded. Since no action has been taken.
